Well if she doesn't walk she's just shot herself in the foot, people are gonna stop voting for her now if they think she's walking anyway.

Nice one Jem!

So what would they do with all the votes cast for aaron so far? discount them? how would that be fair to the people who've voted for him? i've held off voting till i knew jem was definitely there friday but many many many people are already voting.

Just found something else!

Day 47: Will Jem walk? (Again)
It seems that tonight Jem is again starting to feel like Big Brother life is not for her, and seems adamant that she’ll leave the House tomorrow. Jem has made this claim before, however: is she serious this time?

Having spent a long time in the diary room tonight, it appears that she made her mind up during these sessions. Speaking to Louise, Tom and Alex, she partly attributed her intention to leave to Faye. ‘Me being here is changing Faye and her experience: it’s a bigger experience for her than it is for me’ she explained. She went on to say that ‘I just came here to make some friends, and I’ve made my friends so I don’t need anything more from it’.

All of this sounds fairly final, but we did hear this a few days ago: does she truly mean it? Or is the pressure of her possible eviction on Friday getting to her? We’ll find out soon.

Sorry guys, but it doesn't look as if anyone will get refunds. This is from their Terms and Conditions.

That's for mis-dialled numbers, not for a cancellation of an eviction.

Blimey to poor bloke just can't win - if he does nothing he's sulking and boring if he has a bit of a laugh he's slated - he can't do right for doing wrong it would seem to me.

hmmm. It's just wrong in general that people with outside knowledge should be able to nominate and give information to the HMs

OMG Aaron was having fun???? How very dare he! But of course Faye getting sulky over a knocked over drawer is far far different to him sulking when she burped in his face

good point, I thought voters would get a refund, but it appears not, they used to on C4 and I seem to remember something like this happening on there...but if voters dont get a refund it would be unfair to put anyone else up against Aaron as people who have spent their money already on him would not vote again..

Are you sure? It quite clearly says 'or for' which would suggest the opposite of what you're saying.

39. Under no circumstances will there be a refund for any vote cast or for any misdialled calls.

1216: Jem has come out of the diary room and is discussing her options with Faye

jo1791 26-10-2011 11:40 AM

Which means that if Harry goes up and nobody votes for him......bye Harry...

Suze 26-10-2011 11:41 AM

I don't really care too much about losing out on voting monies, as long as she walks :)

Tut, she's doing it on purpose to make the public think she's too ropey to vote for...

I'm sure Aaron would have been saved anyway, she must think the public love her :conf:

the only way they can continue with an eviction is to REFUND all the money and start again, this time perhaps with HMs nomination, I reckon it would be Aaron v Faye,

Whats all this..."its more of an experience for Faye", how patronising can you get, and she came in to make friends and she has done in 18 days, though she hasnt managed to make any in 28 years...LMFAO.:joker:

Also, IF she does walk, will I get my bet on her to be evicted on fri refunded or will I have lost my money, does anyone know?

I think they possibly both had the same, Harry and Jay.
I cannot see it really, it's wednesday, votes have already been cast, you cannot ask voters to re-vote for Aaron and wait for a refund for votes already cast and also they cannot leave his current votes intact and expect the others to catch up.

Had it been going to be a double eviction then that would have made sense but far better if Jemma walks to class her as the evicted housemate and refund the rest of the money.
Likely not much to refund as to Jemma anyway.

jo1791 26-10-2011 11:48 AM

The 'friends' thing does sound a bit...hmmm.

If true, maybe she should have got some therapy instead...to find out why!!

Inkyfingers 26-10-2011 11:48 AM

Is she too much of a coward to face her fate on Friday night?

Mr Angry 26-10-2011 11:50 AM

Agreed . I want her booed off the planet.
Horrible person.
Aarons better off without Faye if this (and the Mum) are what the rest of the family are like. She's got all the warmth of a 40 watt bulb.
I almost never vote but I will be making up for it this week.
Hate the woman. I hope she trips and breaks her neck on the stairs on the way out.

She won't be getting a xmas card from ME this year
