:(

Compare that to last years and its dissapointing. Compare it to what CH5 are getting without CBB (800k) and its pretty good.

JohnnyBB 06-01-2012 04:15 PM

i was so not expecting that ****ing awfull 3.5 million should be axed now i dread to think how many the highlight show will get :/

Peaking at 4.34 gets me when last year peaked at 8 million at one point.

DigitalSid 06-01-2012 04:16 PM

Proof that twitter and facebook don't mean anything.

That was the reach not the peak.

Seriously? You think it should be axed because it got lower ratings than you wanted? What kind of fan are you?

Why do you people even care about the ratings? Just enjoy the show!

Besides, those ratings are hardly abysmal. Higher than BB12 got.

God almighty. It's like an Emos Anonymous meeting.

Doogle 06-01-2012 04:18 PM

So much better than last year too. :(

JohnnyBB 06-01-2012 04:19 PM

it didnt peak at 4m it peaked at 3.8m!!!!!!!

Stu 06-01-2012 04:20 PM

It's just another show now. I mean that in a kind of consoling way. It's not a major television event. Why expect it to get major television event ratings?

Also confirms my scepticism towards the whole "we need more advertising!" thing. Most people tend to know a new BB is starting. Advertising doesn't help a damn, for the most part.

Me. I Am Salman 06-01-2012 04:21 PM

Dissapointing. I expected 6 million because it was the talk of the town today.

Jords 06-01-2012 04:21 PM

I was sorting thinking 5m with how much it was talked about on Twitter AND FB.

Whos everyone?

You're the only person ive heard saying that.

Excluding +1, it averaged 3.46m.

Samuel. 06-01-2012 04:24 PM

The Twitter and Facebook buzz might indicate that at least the viewing figures won't drop from launch as much. More people might stick with it.

I know Digital Spy tweeted a peak of 3.8m.

Don't know of anyone else who did though.

Very true. Even still, the audience share (the most important aspect) was VERY good considering.

edward g said it peaked at 3.8 but obv not to go from 5.1 to 3.5 somthings up for sure.

Stu 06-01-2012 04:26 PM

BB attracts a young audience and one that is very likely to talk about things online. That easily explains the buzz online.

daniel-lewis-1985 06-01-2012 04:27 PM

I can see the series averaging about 2.1 million.

It would be amazing if it improved week on week though.

Omah 06-01-2012 04:27 PM

It got twice as much as I predicted ..... ;)

I'll predict an average audience of 800k ..... :laugh2:

Absolute proof if that's the result.

I am genuinely shocked though, after all the hype last night, I was expecting at least 5m.

g17m 06-01-2012 04:30 PM

i'll be honest i was hoping for something spectacular like 8.5m but the result isnt that bad, its got enough people interested and should be a good series
