Let's face it most people who watch Big Brother are total windowlickers. The type of cross section who show up to evictions should be hosed down just as a precaution.

You have no idea about most people who watch BB,none of us do,the idiots in the eviction crowd spoil it imo,but to state most people are 'windowlickers' is insulting and uncalled for people will always have different opinions on a housemate, that is the game,so are you a 'windowlicker' or have you placed yourself as one of the elite?

BB will never be a fair win, it's always about money. Unless it was a one time vote for every person voting, it can never be "fair".

Yes maybe, I did think the Twins were ok but after reading in The Star (I know it may not all be true!) today that the argument was much bigger than shown on TV and that the Twins taunted Frankie that they had asked Big Brother to call the police and arrest him for sexual harrassment. Also that the whole house had to be locked in separate rooms 'cos they were screaming expletives at the other housemates. It's put me off them a bit. There was also a theory that Heff might be spending thousands on voting to keep them in (again it's the Star so pinch of salt!). I'd still prefer them to win over Gareth though.

Angus 27-01-2012 02:03 PM

Vote to save now delivers a democratically elected winner, i.e. the winner with the MOST votes is the most popular with the public. There is nothing unfair about that, and who the hell cares about the baying morons outside the BB House. I doubt if The Twins win they would give a flying ******* about the boos.

This surely is the problem with facebook voting. If the americans can vote, and I presume they can, then it isn't a UK show anymore. The Aaron result showed that facebook voting distorts how popular a winner really is. If the twins win it would make that distortion even worse. And I say this with heavy heart, because the twins seemed ok (ish) when they were with georgia. They have gone way off the rails since.

What are you talking about, Aaron was very popular :conf: He was the most popular on all the forums and as popular as other on FB

Scotty07 27-01-2012 02:40 PM

What makes some people think that all Americans that like CBBUK, would like and vote for American housmates?:joker: If I was American I would find that insulting. It's not America V Britain.:joker::crazy: It's BB and people vote for their favourite housemates/personalities. I've said it enough times, but thank you Channel 5 for "vote to save", the greatest change to BB there has ever been imo.:worship:

I agree with this, I love the twins but I don't want them to win because they will just become more hated. Some people on forums (not necesserily this one) are so stubborn that THEIR favourates should win that they just spend like £500 on it, which ruins it for everyone else.

If the least favourate HM's win then less and less people will tune in, and everyone will bitch and moan about it.

Jack_ 27-01-2012 02:44 PM

This has to be one of the most moronic things I've ever read on this forum, and my God I have seen some crap over the years.

If the twins win we'll have 'ruined the show'? Are you for real? We'll have bettered the show actually. For once (or second perhaps), the voting public will have actually crowned an interesting, entertaining housemate the winner...you know, what the entire point of the show should be all about. It won't be another Rachel Rice type winner, a housemate that contributes absolutely **** all to the series, floats under the radar, makes the final undeservingly and then is crowned the winner based upon none other than the idiotic reasoning that is that they're a 'nice' person. It is completely illogical to crown a dull housemate a winner of an entertainment TV show, and that is what kills the show. Entertaining housemates being kicked out early as a result of the ludicrous 'vote to evict' and, and then boring housemates being crowned winners back in the C4 days is what eventually, alongside the race row, killed the show off.

I cannot comprehend just how stupid it is to want a disposable, pointless housemate to win an entertainment TV show. There is just no sense in it. The twins, however vile and arrogant they are, have made fantastic TV, sparked many, many discussions (hey, even this is one) and have contributed far more to the series than the likes of Gareth. If they were to win they would be thoroughly deserving of it.

Niamh. 27-01-2012 02:47 PM

Amen Jack.

Does it really only go from windowlicker straight to elite?

Most people who watch Big Brother are common as dirt. A few are fine. It has an additional side audience of hipster douchebags and cultural commentators who enjoy it in some weird post ironic trashy level. I count myself as being one of them and a total wanker to boot. Not common or stupid though. And certainly not elite.

I'm comftorable making certain assumptions. I couldn't particularly care for your opinion on it to be honest, though you are more than welcome to one.

Theyre far from the most popular housemates

They just have a few fanatics shouting very loudly and multi voting like crazy

Its made the entire competition a joke, and unfair

Its not a fair game anymore

And the minority are ruining it for the majority!

Theyre gonna come out to boos, (which your gonna moan about, even though you know theyre severly unpopular and just because they win doesnt mean they should be cheered). So please dont moan and cry and say your going to 'complain to ch5' later when theyre given a hard time, everyone but the forums hates them

So lets just get the hallow unfair win over with and then we can look forward to the same scenario in ummer 2012

well done forums youve ruined the show

What ever makes you think the twins will win - First out more like !

Actually I am an American and I can vote normally without using a fake IP. I think you're just a little emotional that the twins might win and you're grasping at any excuse for their potential victory to be labeled "unfair." You might want to grow up a bit and accept that your favorites won't always win. I normally despise the winner but I don't throw a fit over it and say that they don't deserve to win.

I've been saying fir ages that the voting is unfair - why should Face***kers get cheaper votes ?
