Brian Dowling had that stint on children's television as well, he was doing pretty well for himself for a while after the house anyway. Generally it's the glamour types that have extended fame afterwards, because they go out with eligible bachelors and make for great tabloid fodder.

BBUK contestants definitely have been more successful than the BBUS contestants the best BBUS contestants can hope for is a web series or a chance to be on Amazing Race lol. BBUS contestants do have a better chance of coming back for another season though.

Nathan a.k.a. Starboy Nathan from Celebrity Hijack is an R&B singer, but then again he was quite famous anyway before he was on BB so that's not what launched his career.
