The standard level for going through on this is certainly higher than XF. No Goldie or Wagner will exactly be getting picked.

XF obviously seems to have better production about the show though compared to this but being the first show that is probably why it seems that way.

There are none. They only invite the good singers to audition. There's no 'joke' acts like X Factor

Good thing about this show is they don't introduce themselves until after they sing so no sob story that can sway an opinion.
