..very unfortunate..with a terrible outcome..but not the brightest thing to do...as much as some may like to...David Cameron can't be blamed for everything

Kizzy 30-03-2012 07:18 PM

Oh fgs I didn't say they were directly responsible. im not repeating myself, I gave my opinion on page one...

Ammi 30-03-2012 07:22 PM

..they are neither directly or indirectly responsible for irresponsible people with petrol cans..next to ovens..switched on

Kizzy 30-03-2012 07:24 PM

Ok ammi thanks for your opinion :)

I'll be disliked for this opinion, but, how on earth can anyone blame someone else for this,Anyone with two brain cells knows not to have an open flame near petrol,it's laughable some people blame David Cameron himself, infact anyone but themselves, was he holding the gerry can?have people not got minds of there own anymore,he gave sound advice but he should have known people would over react as usual ,with emptying petrol stations, seems we cant share, we want it all for ourselves.I hope that woman survives but what a daft thing to do,would anyone here do that?I certainly wouldn't,where has peoples common sense gone?

I don't think it's fair to call her an 'idiot'. We're humans and we all make mistakes and now her whole life is basically ruined, so have a little sympathy eh

Incensed 30-03-2012 10:03 PM

As much as our present Government have handled this situation badly imo, there is no way they can be blamed for the stupidity of this lady. I really feel for her, but FGS!!....

..I think everyone has sympathy for what's happened to her Salman...it's awful..but the fact is..it wasn't the smartest thing to do..it's a shame that such a 'mistake'..has such a high price to pay
..but no one has said they don't have sympathy..for what the end result has been for her

I think it is very fair to call her an idiot. What she did was idiotic. I feel sorry for her that she has suffered, but it was down to her own stupidity that it happened.

He's ineffective and a liability and must go... but not over this. People have to take responsibility for themselves.

Kizzy 31-03-2012 11:46 AM

The government have to take responsibility for the disgusting way they handled this strike threat imo.

Livia 31-03-2012 11:49 AM

What a shame people use what is essentially a tragic accident to score political points.
