I'm usually comfortable with the way i look. But i know i put some weight on. I'll try cutting out the sweets, bread and cakes. :)

A simple trick for people wishing to lose weight, turn your meals around, have a big meal in the morning when your body uses more fuel, a normal lunch, then a bowl of cereal for dinner as your metabolism is slowing down.
Exercise is for toning, and unless you do serious amounts, it won't really help you lose any weight. Food/metabolism control your weight, exercise controls your muscle definition/tone. |

I used to be 11 1/2 stone then I brought a cross trainer and I only used it for 1 hour a day for 1 week and over the next week or so weight just dropped off and now i've weighed around 8-9 stone ever since. And that was just by using it for a week, so its worth it :amazed:
