If they were any good I'd be watching! I cannot spare 5 minutes of my valuable time looking at some brain dead cooze playing with their hair in a mirror. That is all BB has become!

someotherguy 21-04-2012 09:49 PM

I thought the majority of the HMs last year were entertaining, Aaron, Anton, Jay...

Because BB this year is 10 weeks, we might be having another 71 day series like BB5.

BBDodge 21-04-2012 10:32 PM

"9.5 weeks" according to Marcus Bentley.

About 66-67 days.

I was thinking that to lol.

Seems all people do on here is moan moan moan moan moan. They did when it was on Channel 4 and they will carry on to do so when its on Channel 5 until finally its gone for good.

BB12 was a good series imo. Much better than BB11 and UBB.

Jarrod 22-04-2012 12:40 PM

Apparently C5 are to make an announcement regarding the Launch this week coming.

To be fair the housemates were a bit crap

Utah 22-04-2012 03:32 PM

Yes I will accept that I moan but would say my moaning is limited to what BB has become, LCD TV. Next it will be killing puppies live on air if you don't vote.

Never seen so many dramatic posts in all my llife :idc:. If you don't like Big Brother and havent done for 6 years, why on earth have you joined a Big Brother fan site.... to slag it off.

I still like it, but channel 5 is ruining the show for me.

Utah 22-04-2012 06:30 PM

I nearly made it onto the show 2 years ago. It was fixed. BB now in terminal decline, C5 only bought it as it was a BOGOF deal with CBB, the cherry on the cake.

Jake. 22-04-2012 06:32 PM

You didn't get on there? Clearly a fix :idc:

So this is why you sound so bitter?

When you say you almost made it onto the show 2 years ago that would make it BB11? Were you in the final hopefulls at launch?

J.H & Daniel, I am not and was not what the Producers were looking for (anyone with an IQ of less than room temperature). It was an interesting experience, indeed I had a great time this year in Glasgow auditioning. The BB11 UK open night was fixed. Bitter? No as I have my anonymity, once it is gone it never comes back. I needed the £ to finance my Ph.D. Tant pis.

Fixed how? Mario and the tombola was the only supposedly random bit but even if legit you only had odds of about 66-1 against being picked.

Well you sound very bitter. You bitch about the producers and not being able to watch due to the housemates being brain dead yet you still auditioned this year?

If you cant bear to watch the show then why the hell would you want to be on it?

Anyway like you said you almost made it on the show 2 years ago? Was you or was you not at the BB11 launch?

Utah 23-04-2012 03:14 PM

I am glad you asked that Dodge. My shortlist audition had 12, there were a few others. At Opening Night 80 folks were there and I only knew 3. It is mathematically impossible.

So you're saying most of those 80 hadn't been through the same audition process as you? Maybe they just hired dozens of BB fans to turn up for the day and pretend they were on the shortlist and ready to go in. The whole thing was a daft gimmick anyway. I don't want to see the HMs till they enter the House.

So you think you should have met all 80 contestants in the shortlist at launch? Where you in the final 80?

How do you work that out?

Why did you even apply again this year if you hate the producers and think its all a fix?

Why waste your time?

Lolalola 25-04-2012 12:23 AM

Wow.....iv suddenly realised who Utah is! He was in my group at the Glasgow auditions! He confronted some young lass about her being stereotypical. Am I right Utah?

someotherguy 25-04-2012 10:17 AM

Mate there are about 14 other shortlist auditions. It makes perfect sense for you to only recognize 3 others. Last year, in my audition, Harry and Faye made it to the show and myself and a girl called Lucy who made it through were later invited to guinea pig the 2012 CBB. So about 4.per session advancing is a possibly accurate figure.

did you not progress further than the Glasgow auditions this year?
