I hate women like this, I remember a fair few drama queens at school thinking it was cool to go around claiming they'd been raped while they were on holiday, that kind of thing. Real victims do not go around bragging about what happened to them, there is a long period of fear and solitude long before the signs of recovery, if they come at all, start to appear. I hope she's ashamed of herself for dragging that poor man through all of this, and for what she did to her boyfriend too.
|
We're all saying about she gives genuine women rape victims a bad name but what about giving genuine men victims a bad name? even though it's extremely rare it still exists where another guy or a woman rapes the guy victim.
She has potentially made things even harder for there justice to happen now and it's wrong. |

Furthermore, what's also disgusting is the fact that you think you can defend that bitch, so I thought I'd let you know, in case you were unaware of how ridiciculous that view is. Let's have a look at ths facts, shall we?: 1. She cheated on her boyfriend by going on an internet forum. (Can you see any faithfulness in that? Don't you have any sympathy for the guy at all?) 2. She was supposed to be trying for a baby with her boyfriend. (Makes it even more despicable.) 3. She agreed to meet him. 4. They had sexual intercourse - and very graphic sex playing bashed in there as well. 5. The only time she felt guilty was when she'd done all the deeds and remembered her boyfriend. 6. Because she felt guilty, she made up lies about the incident - according to a dictionary, rape is: an act of sexual intercourse wherein the victim is unwilling. Right, when was she unwilling? She went on a chat room, indicating very clearly she wanted sex; she met up eith the guy and she had sex with him. Here, the ONLY qualifying factor is that she felt guilty afterwards (but who wouldn't?), but that doesn't mean she was raped. I'm not wasting my time, lostalex. WHAT do you think I'm sitting here for? 7. She was proved to be lying in the beginning, by people trained in this profession. Why on EARTH are you defending her when it's an OBVIOUS FACT that she's lying? 8. She herself admitted making up nonsense - WHAT does that tell you? I really want to know the reasoning behind this ridiculous, crappy idea when bloody EVERYTHING works to her disadvantage? Can you explain all that? Because ALL you've done is say the same thing OVER and OVER and OVER again, without any form WHATSOEVER of substantiation. Can you challenge these points? Becauze you're always doing this and so many people are behind me on this, let me tell you. If you don't reply, I've won this argument., I'm afraid. |

My mate was accused of rape by a girl who fancied him but didn't get the attention in return (he was married), the police banned him from his house and kids while they investigated, it took 5 months.
I knew he didn't do it because he was with me at the time but the police didn't believe us, she only got caught when he recorded a phone call she made to him. He hasn't been able to get a job since. Some claims stay on your crb record http://richardbaum.mycouncillor.org....njustice-here/ This woman only got off with an £80 fine http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...ty-notice.html Another £80 fine http://www.wiltshiretimes.co.uk/news...er_rape_claim/ and also did you know that woman who falsely claim rape can try to get compensation? No win no fee and you can get up to £500,000 http://www.avirt.co.uk/rape.html oh and btw it's not that uncommon http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...6204551AAq5Lp1 And thankfully conviction aren't that rare, it's around 58%....more than most crimes (not bad for mostly he said-she said cases) http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisf...e&type=article http://www.metro.co.uk/news/813681-r...on-more-likely |

Absolutely disgusting the misogyny on this web site, calling her bitch and slut and various other sexist terms. Absolutely vile. Is this TiBB or the Daily Mail comments section??
FUnny i've never seen anyone on this forum get this upset about ACTUAL RAPISTS who are far more common than false rape accusations. |

It's a public forum. If you find Tibb all so disgusting, no one is forcing you to log on, or read the threads - regardless of the source of stories in the threads. |

It's very boring and all it does it derail threads, but I get the feeling that's your very intention. This is about a woman who falsely cried rape, of how such a false accusation can and does stay with an innocent man - and what fms think about it. They are entitled to voice their views without you insulting them. |

Yep, that's precisely what I'm saying. Well spotted. |
