I honestly think that Mel B should be on our version, instead of the Australian.

the least successful spice girl? really?

imo, Ginger aka Fatassbossyone aka Geri would be the only acceptable Spice Girl.

Geri made and ruined the Spice Girls imo.

I wouldn't say she's the least successful, she's done quite well for herself. She has the best personality out of all five of them as well.

i guess... if you consider *******ing eddie murphy succesful...

i'd take victoria over Mel B any day.

Let's be real, Victoria is the most successful at life, and Geri is the most succesful at music...

the other 3 are kinda non-entities. emma does so many shows she has no brand left, she's already sold it all away, Mel B is slowly catching up to emma in being a sell out, and Mel C, well, she may have her dignity, but she doesn't have a career.

Patrick 15-05-2012 03:33 PM

No, it just needs axed.

I'm fed up with them relying on the judges and the scandals behind them, I don't care. It's about the talent, and that's dead now too - it needs to ****** off already.

Jack_ 15-05-2012 03:38 PM

I joked about it once before but they've left it so late now that they may as well opt for Pete Burns.

Just imagine him on a live show. Imagine the comments. I think the show would be on a three hour delay.

Mel B in terms of music is the least successful, your right. However I think that could be because it's pretty non- exsistant.

I just feel that she has a good personality to make it a bit more interesting and exciting, just my opinion. She's wasted by being put on the Australian version.

I agree, The US XF have done an amazing job getting Britney Spears to join the panel, she is a HUGE star and nobody can deny that.

Danni Minogue is apparently the 'fan favourite' to return (jesus knows why, most boring person on the panel) but she just doesn't have the star power.

After this interview she did with Fabulous magazine last month, Mel B will be lucky to get any TV work in the UK again.

I really hope she is not the new judge. XF should stay well clear of her.

Vanessa 15-05-2012 03:56 PM

I like Danni. But i would prefer Katy Perry as a new judge. She''d be fab!

Toxic 15-05-2012 03:58 PM

Katy Perry would be a great addition...however I don't think she'd ever do it, her career is going great so she doesn't exactly need it does she?

A job on the X Factor would make her career even better.

I think it's safe to say that if you're an active popstar and you land a role on the X Factor judging panel, you're guaranteed success through exposure. Particularly the female judges, who become style icons and get a lot of attention. I think the issue with Kelly Rowland is that her personality is too brash and American in nature. She's not like Katy Perry or Nicole Scherzinger who understand the British mindset (possibly because of their British boyfriends.) I think Tulisa's a great judge, I'm glad she's returning, but I hope whoever replaces Kelly has a personality to write home about. Adele would be fantastic but she wouldn't fit in with that glamour aspect of things. I'd hate to see Lily Allen do it and she wouldn't agree to it either I don't think. We don't need another nobody taking up the job, we need someone who's had a substantial career who's not really doing the whole music thing anymore. That's why Dannii Minogue was great for the job.

But she's busy with an australian show, isn't she?

I don't think it was that case at all. At least in Nicole's case, it was being very much like an LA airhead, nothing quite interesting to say and wanting to please everyone. Everything's awesome and she loves everyone with a soft, almost child-like tone to the voice. She was the same on US X Factor. I expect Britney will be much the same.
