Me. I Am Salman 11-07-2012 08:37 PM

The papers twisted the words and made him sound much less aggressive, or else there would have been a much bigger uproar

I would never condone a single word he said and I agreed with the formal warning he got, had he made any further threatening language like this then out the door he should have been.

I actually think what BB should have done as the right thing on this was for to have Deana go to the diary room, have her see it,give her all the time she needed, then let her decide the way forward, to have asked her if she felt she could remain in the house with him after seeing it.
Of course, we don't however know if something like that was actually done, we were only told by Emma on bbbots that Deana knew about it and was okay as to it,presumably meaning as to whatever action BB were going to take or had taken.

It was vile, it was wrong it was grossly offensive.
It wasn't said to her face directly, had it been,I think he would have been told to leave there and then, my guess is Deana likely didn't want to fuss and preferred to let things take their course.
We will not know anything to that until Deana leaves the house though for sure.

Was though is the operative word, it has passed now, ofcom are though looking into it and also on 2 other instances at present too.Not involving likely Conor this time.
Let's see what the public do on friday. They will ultimately decide on this although they have voted last week to keep Conor in despite the knowledge of this then.

I personally think however,Deana was made known as to the content of his rant.
I am sure if she wasn't some housemate would have certainly not been able to contain themselves and would have rushed to tell her all the details anyway.

So BB must have fully informed her to cover themselves, especially too since they were going to formally warn him, they must have talked at length to her as to her feelings and taking into account her wishes as to the way forward,I hope they did and I actually 'think' myself they did that too.

Well the papers couldn't twist things that much, it was televised in front of 1.5 million people, what is quoted in the OP is fully what I recall was said at the time, twisted or not, it was grossly offensive.
Thankfully it hasn't been repeated.
