Reasonable points (if more appalling grammar, which seems to be a trend with my critics ...). I definitely felt obliged to play up my few "zanier" aspects when I was drafted into the wildcard poll, instead of the main line up. Being a wildcard was not my idea, but I played along ...

In future auditions, and there will be future auditions, I am sorry to have to inform you, I will certainly take a more natural line, as I believe I can do perfectly well with a more understated substance-over-style approach (and that is also the message I have had from a lot of my less vituperative feedback).

They should send in Bea, Grace, and Sam Heuston.

Just to see what would happen.

I heartily agree, though any local trolls will struggle to surpass the rudeness I encountered on the "Lost" forums ... Fairness doesn't tend to come into it. :( Thank you for sustaining my faith in online human nature, though. ;) :hug:

Also yeah, as others have pointed out, when a housemate/someone connected with the show in some way becomes a member, show a little respect. They have as much right as every other member on here not to be insulted.

I loved Benedict but once they've been evicted there should be no going back in! As for a new hm, i'm never a big fan of that but if they are going to i just hope it won't be a friend or family member of a current hm.

Yes, those "Lost" forums could be astonishingly acerbic places. There was practically open war over whether Ben Linus was a misguided good guy (not) or a near-total bastard (definitely). Hope no-one here has strong views on that, as I would hate to relive those times ... ;)

Not that Becky needs me to defend her, as I know from personal experience she is a young lady with more courage in her little finger than a whole battalion of cyber trolls. Still, I would be fascinated to see if the poster would actually have the temerity to say this to her face. I have my doubts.
