Judging a book by it's cover, there are a lot of stunning women out here you know, a lot of slap, fake tan, teeth whitners, excersise but it's hard for a woman to comouflage her lack of intelligence

I think he's enraged particularly because it was Deana. The word superior is used a lot to describe her.
I think those that put themselves beneath her are going to feel uncomfortable and irrationally make it her fault.
