I don't mind game playing. It's a game show after all.

I'm with you on this one. Can I add Ashley and Mike to the list? They bore the ass off me, acting like babies and sulking about the girls. Julie might be an evil old witch but at least she is entertaining!

Yes! Julie and Julian are great! They make me laugh so much! :joker:

In the showmance, I would much have prefered that Ashley, Harvey, and even Lorenzo, were up for the vote than the girls, as much as I am getting fed up with the showmance and all involved, those boys need taking down a peg or two by facing the eviction vote, especially Harvey.

showtime77 28-08-2012 12:31 PM

They are all game playing! It is just about the way you choose to play it. I love how Martin is being kind to the boys and giving them great advice. Julie is pushing the envelope and he is letting them know that this is a television show and perception is everything. What may or may not work for her will not for them. He is warning them that how they behave in the house may effect their future. Unfortunately for Harvey what Harvey has done out of the house has already damaged his career and reputation.

I really like Martin, he,Julie and Julian are my top 3,however, he will I fear do himself no good at all if he turns on Julie, wrong target bigtime and he needs to gain popularity not set out to lose it at this stage.
He for sure will likely lose loads of support in my opinion if he takes on Julie.

Fact is she is in it to win it as are all the HM, credit to her that she has managed up to now to be very genuine and not arouse too many suspicions, but after yesterdays antics with the Guys before Nominations, it was clear she is definitely playing a massive game in there.

Thankfully Martin has now sussed her and not before time as he is one of the bigger characters needs to be part of a major storyline.

I think its gonna kick off in there and that we are finally going to get the show we thought we would get on launch night.....!!!!!

Oh yes, its coming and watch Julie flip into the victim mode, and step back and watch it all kick off around her, and SHE has caused everything by dropping her venom

Madmacs 28-08-2012 01:33 PM

Martin said he had a gameplan when he went into the house...is this it?

Stevep 28-08-2012 01:37 PM

Ashley is one of those people who just agrees with anything anyone says to him, harmless enough, but very fickle.

I definitely think that if it was between Martin and Julie, more people in the house and out would side with Martin.

Imo,Joey, Martin SHOULD be able to say what he thinks about Julie,I mean who is she?she's no one special, yes some people like her but others dont,if he feels she is doing something underhand, fair play to him for outing her and surely people would not turn against him just because he did that as long as he is truthful and not nasty I cannot see him gaining enemies just because of Julie,he has many fans too.

Like Many Martin, Julie and Julian are my favourites. Martin really does know how to handle himself and I think he is the only one in the house who is not afraid to say what he thinks to anyone. He likes Julie and what he said to the guys was spot on. So if they do have an argument at any point I feel confident he will keep his cool and make his points in an articulate and respectful manner. So I agree with you he will not loose any fans at all. :wavey:

Yes dead right of course he should be allowed to speak his mind, hes caught her out, and I think hes doing himself proud by warning those who still havent see what shes doing ,all this pathetic worship of julie makes me heave :yuk: shes a 70 year old wife and mother, and I still cannot understand how folk yesterday thought her "deep throating "a banana was "funny" it made her look a filthy old cow, who ought to be ashamed of herself

This. And I would not mind seeing Julie go as she would get the Andrew Stone exit treatment, which, imho, is better than winning. :joker:

I think Martin will a bit more circumspect, he will probably try and raise other HM 's awareness of Julie and not try to challenge her one on one in the first instance.

If has a gameplan it might be to try and manipulate the younger guys and girls in there to Julie's deviousness. He could be the puppet master standing back in the shadows pulling the strings to obtain the desired effect.

But IMO its not a gameplan .because what he is saying is true, its not like hes lying or trouble causing hes warning them

Martins no fool, he's been watching Julie waiting until he had something to use against her, he knows she's playing a massive game in there and he needs to up his own game or he too will eventually be picked of by Julie.

This could be his time to start the ball rolling....!!!
