Harry! 14-09-2012 06:35 PM

The difference between Prince Harry and Kate is that Harry allowed people into his apartment and therefore somewhat gave them permission to take photos of him. Kate on the other hand is enjoying herself on a holiday and she should be allowed to take her clothes off without the fear of being taking pictures of. What has happened to Kate today is unacceptable. Especially as the same day Kate was photographed dressed modestly in her visit to Malaysia.

"What has happened to Kate today is unacceptable."

Sure
But France is not under UK Rule.

That mag online has had more hits today that ever,
they can get a Fine - thats what they do in France
but the Photo - not that clear is out there.

The worst thing today Harry
is people saying they will never buy Closer UK mag again,
but they seem not aware that the French Closer mag (Italian owned)
is nothing to do with the English Closer mag version (German owned).

Legend killer 14-09-2012 06:59 PM

* The local village, Gignac has a population of only 69, so the "photographer" has stalked the Royal couple into the back of beyond, where I don't think there will be any "streets" .....

The French mag editor is now claiming that the couple's balcony, the responsibility of Royal security, was visible from a local motorway, so security's omission to screen the balcony made the Duchess fair game .....

arista 14-09-2012 07:40 PM

Yes maybe its fine will be less.

Most French mags pay the Fine
and still make more money.

emmetmcl 14-09-2012 11:13 PM

In my opinion, I think the Royal family have a cheek to sue Closer France.

Who will pay for the lawayers? The UK taxpayer.
Who will be awarded the winnings? The Royal family.

If the Royal Family are prepared to let the public fund their luxurious lives then the public should be allowed access all areas.

Really?

How do you know this?

:puzzled:

Sticks 15-09-2012 05:40 AM

The fault is entirely with the Duchess of Cambridge

If you do not want topless pictures of you being published, do not go topless outdoors - end of

Lets hope the courtesans at the palace rip her off several strips for this unacceptable breach of Royal Protocol.

She is expected, one day to be queen before we talk about another certain Royal, and so the rules of decorum are different and more strict, like they have to be.

This shows what I said before elsewhere, His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge should never have been allowed to marry her as she was a commoner. Experience in recent years has shown what an utter, utter disaster it has been to allow commoners into the royal family.

His Royal Highness should have been ordered to end it with Miss Middleton as she was then, and marry a princess from one of the European Royal families.

arista 15-09-2012 08:06 AM

"never have been allowed to marry her as she was a commoner."

Not when it come to Royal Protocols, love should never be allowed to come into the matter.

Brides should be chosen for our royals from other royal families in order to strengthen alliances and preserve a pure royal bloodline. In days of yore, our royals were instructed on who they could and could not marry and our system worked. Ever since they allowed commoners in, it has been a total disaster, starting with Princess Anne's disastrous marriage to Captain Mark Phillips.

With privilege comes responsibilities and restrictions. They were there for a reason and the royal courtesans have been neglecting their duties by first allowing Miss Middleton to get near the prince, allowing this marriage and not instructing her in how a royal should behave.

If a man goes up to a wall of a zoo and jumps over it into the lions cage and is mauled, do we blame the lions? No, we blame the man for his reckless ans wanton behaviour.

The paparazzi can be likened to wild animals, if that is not too much of an insult to wild animals, in that they will take any opportunity they can. It is the duty of the courtesans and the royals to ensure that does not happen.

The Duchess of Cambridge was reckless by removing her top outside in the open air and the Duke of Cambridge should have known better.

Kizzy 15-09-2012 08:57 AM

And what happens when you condense bloodlines?...you get an eddie, haha soz ed! :)
I feel so sorry for William it must be so reminiscent of how it began for his mother, and to ad insult to injury the attitude of the french paps is so blase.

Kizzy 15-09-2012 09:07 AM

As was stated in the news, harry was in a public place kate was in a private place. Thats the fundamental difference.

With all of the MANY privileges that come with being a member of a hereditary undemocratic Monarchy, there are also some consequences. You cannot have your cake and eat it too.

cry me a river.

This woman (Kate) is perfectly willing to accept all of the undeserved FAME and WEALTH that come along with marrying into the monarchy, but she's not willing to accept any of downsides or consequences? sorry, but i have no sympathy. You take the good with the bad. She made her decision.

With Harry and his invasion of privacy you could at least argue that he didn't CHOOSE to be a monarch he was born into it, and at least he is actually fighting and putting his life in danger to serve his country and the allies of his country, so he deserves to have a bit of a break in Las Vegas and let go for a while. but Kate cannot make that excuse, she did choose it.

Kate topless photos: Italian magazine plans to publish

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19608872

Quote:

The Italian gossip magazine Chi has said it plans to publish photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless in a special issue next week.

Closer and Chi are both part of former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's Mondadori media group.

Chi said, that despite the legal row, it was planning a 26-page photo special of Catherine and William this week.

Editor Alfonso Signorini said: "The fact that these are the future rulers of England makes the article more interesting and topical.

"This is a deserving topic because it shows in a completely natural way the daily life of a very famous, young and modern couple in love," he said.
Opportunistic, mercenary and hypocritical media mogul seeks higher profile for magazine and more money for himself by exploiting gullibility of the lower social orders of latin republics .....
