Dunno about on here but it's bloody annoying when people unfollow you on Twitter for no reason, even when you're following them back. Just been having to return the favour to a lot of those perpetrators :idc:

Yes I do.

It makes me smile on here that if you wanted to de-friend someone you have to click "Break Friendship". It makes me think of being in primary school when you broke friends every two minutes with someone because they pissed you off...... Then you had to do that weird handshake thing where you promised to "make friends, make friends, never never break friends" etc only to fall out with them again the next day....

Kizzy 14-12-2012 12:24 PM

What is the difference between contacts and friends on here?

If you'd finger them, they are friends. If you wouldn't, they are contacts.

Ah... in that case, I'd definitely not care. TiBB is not real life, therefore not worth my energy as regards to caring about such things.

What if someone requested you? Would you accept, decline or leave it pending?

Contacts are people you add to your list. Friends are people you request to also add you and they accept.

Yes haha! It was a good thing though, you said it years ago and I started doing it too - and with all of these recent legal issues with things people have posted on Twitter and the like, I'm glad I followed your advice years ago! People are too lazy about their online information.

It depends on who it is. If it some moron from school that I never talk to anyway or something like that, then I don't care.

But if it's someone I know quite well then I wouldn't exactly be hurt, but more confused as to what made them do that.

I've had it happen to me a few times anyway. I was Facebook friends with a most of my Aunts on my Mum's side of the family and there's a bit of a rift between my Mum and them. So something happened (I think they must have seen my Mum's name in my friends list or whatever) and 3 of them blocked her in addition to deleting and blocking me. It pissed me off a little bit because it's quite rude really. But if they want to be childish assholes then so be it. :idc:

If someone requested, then I wouldn't reject them. I've only ever rejected Salman, and that's when he was a complete nause. He seems OK now, though, so I wouldn't now. I'd probably reject one from "the truth", but the chances are, he wouldn't request one from me, anyway.

Marcus. 14-12-2012 01:52 PM

be like why do that

-requests you now-

Stu 14-12-2012 03:56 PM

I want to be friends with Jesus, too.

He has to request me, though. In an inane twist of traditional born again values.

Locke. 14-12-2012 04:13 PM

Don't really notice on Facebook, I have most people hidden from my news feed anyway and hardly ever view anyones profile. Don't know about on here either, have never really bothered adding peoples as friends or anything.
