Being approached and groomed is one thing. Luring lonely old guys into situations they may never ever have found themselves in, is quite another. I'm not excusing his behaviour, far from it, but the examples are completely different from each other.

Also although I think 16 is about right for age of consent it's true that it isn't something that's static, throughout the world it varies and through history it has done in this country, until the late 1800s it was 12. No reason why it won't change again, although I do imagine that'll be someway in the future and dunno if it'll be lowered |
