Can a mod delete this thread, and let Girth start a proper one?

I voted for Roger out of the options.

Legend killer 20-05-2013 03:33 PM

sadly it appears many of you remember the Shaq that Flash carried to a ring in 06. There is a reason Girth moved away from the MJ comparison and I would advice you to do likewise there is no happy ending down that road

Yes I bet he was nearly as scared as Manny is of needles PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesnt matter if Manny got knocked out, the fact is, he is the only decent boxer in the last 5 to 10 year, other than Floyd, but somehow he managed to duck him throughout. What a champ!

That would be great! Girth probably knows more that the class clown!

Legend killer 20-05-2013 03:45 PM

Ducked him LOOOOOL quite clear who has been led by ESPN "experts"

You do realise when the negotiations were originally done in 09 Floyd AGREED TO EVERY ONE OF PAC'S DEMANDS glove size , purse etc but the fight broke down because Floyd asked him to have drug tests up to the fight in which Pac the man with hundreds on tats responded " I AM AFRAID OF NEEDLES"" and that taking a teaspoon of blood 48 hours (note Floyd would also have done the same thing) would "leave him weak" PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also I guess you did not watch Floyd make the man who nearly KILLED pac look like a dam amateur winning 12-0 after a year long break

YOU HAVE BEEN EDUCATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alf 20-05-2013 03:45 PM

A few names who have to be up there with the tag as the greatest

"Sugar" Ray Robinson
Michael Phelps
Edison Arantes Do Nascimento
Usain Bolt
Haile Gebrselassie
Jesse Owens
Martina Navratilova
Muhammad Ali
Jack Nicklaus
Tiger Woods

I think there is one think EVERYONE on this thread agree on: YOU DONT KNOW SQUAT!!

And frankly, you should be banned from starting threads! The only response you ever get, is how ridiculous you are.

I know enough to realise that having one offensive American football player in a specialist position is not very comprehensive for a GOAT poll.

There is just so much wrong with your list. No doubt you'll attempt to argue it all away and act all triumphant when you make a good point but your list is woeful and surely you realise why.

Shaq the GOAT NBA player of all time? How ridiculous. I could argue that Charles Barkley with his no rings is a better candidate than Shaq.

Legend killer 20-05-2013 03:55 PM

I should not even have an example to make lool Ronnie was just starting out and was NO WHERE NEAR his prime yet was tapping Hendry's ass at the biggest arenas

GiRTh 20-05-2013 03:56 PM

One more point - Pele GOAT footballer even though his 1000 goals has been rubbished? Can you hear yourself?

Please feel free you already failed in MJ'S case

Legend killer 20-05-2013 03:57 PM

It was very close Between Pele/Best and PRIME RONALDINHO tbh that was the only one I can honestly say I went one way and then the other on

How did I fail? 6 rings, 6 finals MVP, Bulls lost in his exile but won when he came back. Surely you must see he was the difference? Without him there was no chance for Chicago.

Technically probs the greatest player EVER shame he lacked the speed to really put himself up there

Brother Leon 20-05-2013 04:03 PM

In the world of LK. 3 years of dominance makes you the GOAT.

Can't say I'm even surprised :joker:

Right!!! Clueless, and hopeless! This is why the best thing is to answer with laughing GIFs! :)

Wildcat! 20-05-2013 04:06 PM

The fact, that "Other" is running away with this poll, tells the story!

Legend killer 20-05-2013 04:06 PM

3 years of dominance which has never been matched in the same period by another play

1993 Finals 41.0 ppg, 8.5 rpg, 6.3 apg, 1.7 spg, 50.8 FG%

MJ's 2nd 3-peat:

1996 Finals 27.3 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 4.2 apg, 1.7 spg, 41.5 FG%
1997 Finals 32.3 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 6.0 apg, 1.2 spg, 45.6 FG%
1998 Finals 33.5 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 2.3 apg, 1.8 spg, 42.7 FG%

Shaq's 3-peat:
