Subway isn't a healthy alternative to the likes of McDees, it can be even worse for you.

True but you'd have to be very careful.

"The Subway sandwiches contained an average of 784 calories, versus 572 at McDonald’s. The sodium content at both restaurants was three times higher than the IOM recommended daily dose: 2,149 mg at Subway versus 1,829 mg at McDonald’s."

Yes but out there
you have it fresh and Much more better choice

MTVN 13-11-2013 02:31 PM

I find Subway a bit of a rip off tbh, only go for the cheapest filling of spicy Italian in just a 6 inch but even that costs nearly £3 or something and is gone in a couple of minutes. Doesn't help that I never want any salad or sauce in it so I'm not getting great value, those things should be optional extras at a cost :nono:

Livia 13-11-2013 02:33 PM

What's wrong with just a sandwich? Or is that too unamerican for most people?

with Free Salad
a 99p special hot beef
