That was the most ridiculous warning in the history of BB.
I'm not a Dexter fan, but I thought he was great in the part he played (and Callum too, given that he usually wouldn't say boo to a goose). Very believable! |
OK who is the PC member?
|
I haven't watched it but only one Yes? Really? I like Gina but I do know she deserved her warning for the Sallie incident, don't let your like of an housemate cloud your judgement. I'll reserve mine until I see the show.

Honestly, even if you dislike him surely you can see how unfair it was?! |

I'm sure you dont think all 60 that voted voted no just because they like Dexter. And I would actually go as far as to say that anyone who votes yes is doing so solely because they dislike him, not because they found it fair. |
There's always one.
|
Which absolute ming-mong said yes?
|
trololololol
|
What a pity it wasn't a public poll.

I think they only warned him because Sophie found it so offensive. Same with Jemima and the race thing.
|
Sophie only found it offensive because it was Dexter that said it though..and I really doubt she actually found it offensive, she would have laughed if one of the twins said it
If they are going down the route of giving someone a warning for every little thing that someone says they find offensive, next years HMs better watch out because the people who dislike them know exactly how to get them thrown out...'she said she didnt like frosties, that offends me :( ' etc |
Bloody ming-mong!!!!!!!!!!!

BIG BROTHER Dexter, this morning at 10.29a.m you said the following; 'I do not like Mondays - it is my least favourite day of the week.'
DEXTER Yes Big Brother - I said that this morning. BIG BROTHER Dexter, the rules clearly state that Big brother will not tolerate the personal likes and dislikes of the housemates. Monday has been in touch with us and is severely offended by your comments and feels you are marginalising and demeaning a day of the week. DEXTER I am sorry Big Brother and Monday - it was not my intention to upset anyone but surely when you announced that next week's nominations were on Monday you can understand why I reacted in such an outrageously offensive way - I admitted I did not like Mondays... BIG BROTHER In order to placate the millions of people in the world who support Monday and all that Monday stands for we need to issue you with a warning. If you are offensive about Monday again you will be asked to leave the Big Brother House. Do you understand? DEXTER Yes Big Brother - I fully understand... |
BIG BROTHER Dexter, at 3.21p.m this afternoon you said the following; "Hey Guys - I have changed my mind - I now really love Mondays - Mondays is my favourite day of the week..."
DEXTER (smiling happily) Yes Big Brother - I said that this afternoon...I am giving Monday my full support... BIG BROTHER Dexter, as you know, it says in the rules that housemates are not allowed to express personal preferences. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday have been in touch and complained bitterly that you have not expressed a dislike of them. Therefore they are feeling marginalised and minoritised. DEXTER I am very sorry Big Brother and some of the other days of the week. It was not my intention to leave the other days of the week out. I am perfectly happy to now dislike them too... BIG BROTHER In fairness to Saturday and Sunday we have decided that rather than be deluged by complaints from the Weekend that we must ask you to leave the Big Brother House...Do you understand... DEXTER (ashen) Yes Big Brother - I fully understand.... |
I think Sophie set him up on that one. She specifically used the word "offended" in her little tirade about how he was calling her cheap. It was on and on about the cheap thing, then suddenly she throws in the traveller bit, then back to cheap.
Surely they must have figured out by now that the magic word to get someone a warning is to say they've been offended. |
You're not allowed to have an opinion these days. And if you dare to dislike something, God help you. Channel 5 are a bunch of w@nkers.
|
Sophie only seemed to have had an issue for all the 2-3 hours the task lasted. When it was revealed, she seemed to have had, what, 15 minutes of 'upset' then seemed fine again.
I honestly didn't even see how it could be offensive until Big Brother brought it up. It's like the producers wanted to make a fuss about anything, however small. Anyway, shouldn't Dexter be kicked out the house now? He's been warned twice... producers are going back on their word there (I do like Dexter btw, although it is meant to be two strikes and you're out). |

:o:rolleyes:they ask him to participate in a task, he does a ruddy good job at it and so he gets bollocked into the bargain, the worlds gone mad *tut*
