She was being really persistent and the actual eye hitting came AFTER hazel asked her to be careful. But, only aggressive in the sense of that "clumsy" way drunk people can get physically... Like when drunk old men pit their arm around your neck a little too tight, or slap you on the back a little too hard. But hazel knows that and was actually very careful NOT to make more of it with big brother, smiling and saying it was fine.

There was really no issue after that, Hazel did say "aggressive" to callum but he agreed that Charlie had been being a bit forceful with it... She was trying to "get her own back" in a slightly aggressive way. Due to being clearly very drunk. it was totally dropped until she said "i know how Daley feels" which was out of order - even Joe looked visibly shocked before Hazel registered what she had said. then she went on to deny it and claimed she had said that maybe it was "like the Daley thing because of alcohol but not even that"... when that's not what she was implying at all.

It can be explained by them not knowing the details of what happened with Daley I guess... but still not something you'd say to a supposed friend. She revealed her thoughts on it that she had obviously been keeping to herself.

..yeah, and I think the same way as the comment about Hazel's boyfriend's suicide, she just came right out and asked something completely inappropriate and I guess for Hazel, it then becomes something Charlie makes a habit of so she's bound to be annoyed and maybe even suspicious of her actions...

..;I also think Hazel has been judged far too harshly for flirting with Daley..I know emotionally it's not something any of us, and particularly people in partnerships will like because 'it takes two to tango' as it were and he wasn'r single so we don't like that she flirted with him but that's more of an emotional judgement..the reality is that he had the responsibility of faithfulness to his partner...that's not to say I condone it either but I don't think the judgement of her has been in perspective either...

Truth hurts sometimes. Too bad it took Charlie to say it. If Gina had said it everyone would have loved it. Maybe if she had been more up front with everything in the beginning people wouldn't have to draw their own conclusions.

The "aggressive" card is used far too often in that house for the benefit of making others look bad.

Truth? Did Charlie witness the incident and know enough to pass on any "truth"?

The word irrational springs to mind.

Hazel made a big deal out of it after her call to the diary room saying to BB 'I dont THINK she meant it'.... Why should Charlie have meant it??? She isnt aggressive...but sometimes you just get CLUMSEY when you have had a drink.
Hazel denied saying she had used the word aggressive and only admitted it when Callum stated she did.... Callum pathetically denied to Charlie that he agreed with Hazel when she descibed Charlie as being aggressive....when he DID.
Charlie may have harped on about it but out of frustration that the two of them initially denied what she CORRECTLY overheard.
Charlie shouldnt have mentioned the Daley thing...but she said what came into her head and that was that Daley had (rightly by the way) been called in because his behaviour was unacceptable and Charlie felt that behaviour had been concieved in the same way. Remember none of the other HM's know the details of what went on with Daley apart from Dan.

I'm with Charlie on this one.... Hazel as her supposed friend should have simply accepted it as drunken frolics and that it was accidental... but she seemed to want to insinuate that Charlie was unnecessarily aggressive in a deliberate way.

High 5 and Amen to that! Agree with it all :elephant:  :cat:

Charlie does get a bit stupid in drink and she did accidentally poke the cucumber in Hazels eye

However, Hazels overeaction is what caused the row and Callum didnt help by agreeing with her, like he does with everything anyone ever says.......

You notice when Hazel went to the DR, instead of saying, we are only playing, there is no problem, she said "I dont THINK there was any intent there"

Having said that, its been 24hrs now, so Hazel has probably returned to the DR to tell BB she is now 'terrified' lol

Charlie possibly thinks that in their drink infested night in the Safe house something as innocent had occured and been magnified to the point that Hazel had misconstrued something 'accidental' as the cucumber as something aggressively deliberate thus resulting in Daleys dismissal.

True, the only thing missing in the SH was the cucumber

Or was it ?

lolololol

Charlie turns into a hyperactive toddler when drunk-which probably takes two glasses of cheap lager.

she got hazels edited version ....she probably realises hazel tried to force his pants down and of course Charlie was present that night chatting to hazel as daley got angry due to the sleep deprivation and endless provocation of hazel...Charlie knows a fair bit....why should everyone pussy foot around hazel? they tell everyone else straight...why should topics be taboo?

hazel always starts everything, she provokes people to make them react then hazel gets screen time and attention....hazel rammed the cucumber in charlies mouth several times....why? then she made a song and dance over her allegedly getting gently poked back

shes trouble and as we know she is evil inside

38 intelligent people who saw hazel forcibly stick a cucumber in charlies mouth a few times which started the whole fiasco

This and again, maybe had she been up front people wouldn't have to form their own conclusions.

There was no reason at all for aggressive to ever come up in the first place. She was far more "aggressive" in shoving it in Charlie's mouth than Charlie was giving it back.

And what about the Daley thing?

Charlie is an absolute mess when she's drunk.

Joelle. 29-07-2013 02:49 PM

It is a pointless argument, but i'm more with Charlie tbh
