Each to their own but I am not buying his story nor do I think we should hand over 100k to someone that obviously is a conman willing to laugh and sneer at everyone all the way to the bank.

There are lots more photos of him doing his job and even being kissed by Rylan the same night!

Dexy registered Earth Horse PR Ltd. on April 2nd 2013, just so that he could CLAIM to be in the "BUSINESS" Sallie knows all about him, but she appears to have been told to keep her mouth shut.

I don't think even the housemates believe all the stories that Dexter comes up with. They know he's a pap.

Let's face it saying you are in PR is hardly anything of great consequence. Any Tom, Dick or Harriet can set themselves up as a PR agent. Ask you need is a computer and a phone! ;)

Gina's fakery is in a different league.

There are/has been a LOT of wannabes in there. Him telling them all he is a PR man will make them think to themselves 'hey maybe he can help me become famous when I get out'. He picked that 'profession' for a reason. He's a pap and they're the scum of the earth. Get him out.

Like Dexter gives out a Mobile number for his apparently located in London PR business, more like located in his pocket.

Well it hasn't really worked for Dexter, has it? That's why he gets nominated week after week...... but survives - and may even win! :D

That's exactly what happened, he thinks that he now has them all as clients, as he was pointing out to them several times on LF

You're contradicting yourself there. It clearly has worked.

Not really surprising when you see the adulation he commands on Forums like this and DS.

That 'date' looks totally fake as you say.

There is zero chemistry between Dexter and that girl.

A date that never happened. Those photos remind me of those old women's magazines that had in the old love story, photograph by photograph.:joker:

Poor Dexter he tries so hard to look like he is popular. :D

He really doesn't need to try that hard. :)

No contradiction whatsoever. Dexter is desperate to be liked. Big fail there so far as the housemates are concerned. They don't even believe his PR crap. So they keep nominating him.

We find his efforts entertaining, so we keep him in. He is succeeding DESPITE his game plan, not because of it. ;)

Bojangles 10-08-2013 11:17 AM

Just another Walter Mitty character.
He probably works for the hire company as a driver.

You started off the sentence by saying it hasn't worked for him. You finish the sentence by saying he's survived and may even win.

Last time I looked that was defined as a contradiction.

Exactly this, I think. Maybe that's why many find him endearing?

With Gina, it is a lot more calculated.

Only because you jumped to conclusions! :D

Never mind, at least you know now. :)

Im confused were did anyone say we gave a crap about his outside life??? In fact its the most tedious aspect of his character (false or otherwise) his stories about his exploits. BB is an entertainment show, and Dexter, fake or otherwise has been the most entertaining HM this year by a country mile. Involved in every major storyline more or less in some form or another, hes amusing at times, very aware of publics power over the house and most importantly can take criticism and bitching just as well as he gives it out.

He is the only winner this year regardless if he wins or not, I really couldnt care less what is and isn't true about his story it matters not a jot to me after day 1 of BB basically cause hardly anybody is ever like they say they are and if they are they are usually boring.

Withano 10-08-2013 11:54 AM

Hmm. What could he be over compensating for? Hmmmmmm

CaudleHalbard 10-08-2013 11:57 AM

Would the voting public have as much interest in Dexter if we didn't know about his fakery?

I think it adds interest, not diminishes it.

Kris 10-08-2013 11:59 AM

Don't know if its his or not, don't really care. He's still a vile creature either way.

Is that based on anything of substance or is it just an extreme way of saying you don't like him?

Substance? Since when did that come into play on here? :joker:

Fair point! :D

We love to throw around the word 'vile' in here don't we!

south12345 10-08-2013 12:13 PM

All publicity garbage, no doubt set up by Dexter himself.....after all who would take photos of Dexter, when before moving into the house he was a complete unknown....oh apart from a publicity stunt that was again set up to promote the nightclub he was suppose to have spent all that money on Champers....
