I have a really strange feeling that one of Ginxtser could actually come fifth? Most likely Gina but still, I definitely don't think fourth for her is out of the question as I really do believe people are underestimating the twins support, I can easily see them getting third or God forbid even second against Sam...which would be the worst possible result.

But yeah, do get the impression we could be in for a shock and one of them could come fifth. Fourth is one hundred percent not out of the question, I really don't think people will have voted enough :(

I'm sensing:

1) Sam
2) Twins
3) Dexter
4) Gina
5) Charlie

Anyone but those Slob Boring Twins
is Fine By Me

Spoon 19-08-2013 05:29 PM

Yeah, well so what if BB likes Sam? They also called Wolfy the people's princess.

Marsh. 19-08-2013 05:31 PM

Does it really matter who wins? No, not really.

Having said that, Im not gonna say, I'll never watch again if he wins cause I know I'll be in my chair Thursday night waiting for the Celeb version and will probably be back here next year for this one.

I think if Sam wins this, it wont be because he is deaf, it will be because he's quite funny and the people voting for him, like him and hate the snivelling little self-obsessive that is Dexter, it wont be Sam winning, it will be Dexter losing, and that I cant wait to see!!

I was actually speaking to Jack Miranda but thank you for your input. I wish people wouldn't hate, its not a nice emotion to hold. I actually think Sam is ok, I have never said anything nasty about him except that he has been boring which I don't think is an unreasonable comment. I personally don't think he deserves to win because as I see it Dexter, Gina and even the twins have entertained me all the way through the series. Obviously thats just my opinion.

I suppose it depends on how you define entertaining, Dexter started of well
enough but became to predictabl, game playing, targeting people, coupled with only 2 topics of conversation himself&Charlie. Who would of thought that
Sam would liven up with such a bang, not Dexter thats for sure(the magic show
demonstrated that Dexter thought Sam an easy target). The main difference is
that Sam was liked by the majority of housemates, Dexter wasnt. I am also of the view that Big brother is more of a reality show with entertainment as part of the mix. However that is just my opinion and I accept that others feel
differently.

If this were real life and they were all stood in front of me and I could give £100k to one of them, Sam would get it instantly. But I'm afraid this is TV and he has bored me to tears and offered us about four things to talk about all series, one of which has been the recurring question of 'what is his ****ing purpose?'

This plus anybody who thinks that Sam is actually a nice guy is kidding themselves.

The real problem is that a guy say can "you make my winkie expand" and "any hole is a goal" and still be considered the nicest most pleasant person on the planet

Intention, m'dear. Intention.

Just because he's quiet doesn't mean he's nice..the last week or so he's kind of come out of his shell and just seems like a bit of a dick

DigitalMethod 19-08-2013 06:31 PM

I have a bad feeling as well the twins will do better than we expect but meh.

OK, so the person you want to win doesn't. And Dullard Sam wins. So what. You've still had 9 weeks of entertaining BB. And Good old Sam wins 100K. Whatever. I've still enjoyed the ride.

This.

The crap/boring/undeserving winners have arguably outweighed the good ones. Has it ever had any bearing on the show as a whole or affected the next series or the enjoyment of the show? No, it hasn't.

I'd hate for Gina to win, can't stand her. But if she does, it won't change my overall opinion of the series because the winner takes the final 15 minutes of a 9/10 week show.

I would love for Sam to win but if he doesn't I'm happy for any of them to take it EXCEPT Dexter.

There was a houseguest called Gary on Big Brother Canada that I supported and he was obsessed with glitter and so the host and other houseguests gave him the nickname 'Gary Glitter' without any idea of the connotations :joker:
