Believe what you wish, you frequently seem to take a lot of my posts the wrong way.

But, don't patronise me. Thanks.

A really interesting question it is too Josy.
I do for most of the things you listed in the opening post.

However in the 3+ years I have been on here I have in fact come to consider many on here as relevant to my life at this time as many people I have around me all the time, some even moreso in all truth.

I love coming on and seeing how everyone is, what they are saying, what they think.
To be able to learn from them and debate with them and disagree heavily at times too.
It is like another family, so much going on and I can engage in what's going on or just observe too.
Always with the chance thpough to have my say as well.

It is a good place to be and like with friends, family or anywhere really,it isn't harmonious all the time but overall the people here are good people and also with many interesting tales to tell too.

So for me, it is an extension of all I consider relevant to my life along with all who I have in life in real life situations.
Tibb is a very addictive place in a good way.

LOl@the arguing in this thread.

Kizzy 27-09-2013 08:13 PM

It's not an argument, it's a discussion.

GiRTh 27-09-2013 08:31 PM

TBH start a thread on why people log on and you're asking for replies like some in this thread. :pipe:

mizzy25 27-09-2013 09:24 PM

Once you get to know everyone off season and get the humour you can actually have a right laugh. I don't actually log out and come by here a few times a day normally out of boredom/nosiness

I like to argue. There's only so much fun you can have arguing with your own shadow and so I typed In a totally random collection of letters into Google and by hook and by crook it said 'big brother forum'. So I picked up my rod and my box of tackle and perched on the big brother 2013 rock awaiting fresh bites.

Shaun 28-09-2013 03:15 AM

I see the standard baiting followed up by "what? me? baiting? never!" comments are out in force...

Marsh. 28-09-2013 03:35 AM

Yes, clearly I was baiting...

Everyone can be sarcastic and joke but when I do it it's "baiting".

Ammi 28-09-2013 05:06 AM

..hmm, serious answer..I imagine that lots of people have asked that question to themselves at some point..'why on earth do I log on'...it can be wonderful, it can be weird and it can indeed be awful..but for me I guess despite it's flaws...the weird is not a bad thing and the awful is always overshadowed by the wonderful..so somehow I do always log back on...maybe other people feel the same way because one thing we all have in common is that we're all here....

-something patronising-

thesheriff443 28-09-2013 09:14 AM

the forum has a great mix of people, it cover's a wide range of subjects and interest's.
you can come and go as you please and speak as little or as much as you want.
shy members can come out of their shell, real people talk about real life experiences.
the more threads members post in, gives you the chance to see how they see life and what's important to them!

while im here! I would just like to say that I think Vicky is the most open member on the forum and a great member who is not afraid to speak her mind!

Marc 28-09-2013 09:16 AM

Brilliant post thesheriff, I think you've pretty much summed up for forum :)

Vicky. 28-09-2013 03:34 PM

Well thank you very much sheriff. I always thought you disliked me :joker:

Kizzy 28-09-2013 03:38 PM
