Yeh and for the most part it's public consensus now. If 9/11 was an Inside job surely we would feel the same as we do about the second Gulf War

Actually it is one of the strangest events ever to have happened, when you start to look into what actually happened that day it so odd it is frightening

For the attack to have happened at all is against all the odds, but the way the Air defences were unsually stood down that day was bizarre and the fact 3 buildings collapsed when only two were hit plus the Pentagon attack

Honestly once you start reading into 911 only one thing remains in your head apart from the terrible loss of life and the utter human tragedy of it all..

...and that is DOUBT !!! most people have doubts about the official story since there are far too many inconsistancies.

Believe me once you start looking there is a lot of evidence to suggest things were not exactly as they appeared.

The same way Police officers that are arresting people for drugs during the day get caught using drugs at night.

The same way Republican congressmen who fight against gay rights in congress get caught with male prostitutes.

The same way a Beverly Hills socialite who is a vocal supporter of Peta, but drives around in a Mercedes with leather interior and a 10 thousand dollar Italian leather hand bag with a little dog who's legs are atrophied because it's always being carried around like a prop.

Hypocrisy. It's quite common in the human species.

People can justify anything in their heads.

But the US never lied about weapons of mass destruction. It would have been easy for the US to plant WMD during the invasion and say "look, here they are!", if they knew there were no WMD before the war, and wanted to lie to people why would they admit that there were none? The US was completely honest about not finding any. It would have been much easier for them to plant some if it was a conspiracy.

Whatever, and no doubt you are in awe of the Bush father and sons?

I seem to remember a former General, Colin Powell, I believe who peddled the WMD story and Dubya swallowed it as gospel.

Ninastar 07-11-2013 09:50 PM

People can hate on Bush for whatever reasons, but to say he's behind 9/11 is beyond delusional.

my god some people in this world. jesus ****ing christ.

Why President Bush went to war in Iraq:

There's a huge difference between being wrong about something, and lying about something.

I would imagine if you had been on the receiving end of one of the USA's many interfering policies or wars, you would harbour a deep resentment towards the country, the way of life it promotes and the values it holds. I would imagine that the men who carried out the attacks on that fateful day felt that they were doing what the USA had done to so many innocent people around the world. It wasn't the work of troubled individuals turning to desperation, it was the work of a group of people who believed that what they were going to do would serve as justice, a form of revenge.

I just find it fascinating that Western media chose not to make these men infamous. I would imagine that that decision was a political one, they sought to stamp out the very reason why those men did what they did. By refusing to draw attention to their cause and instead magnifying the atrocity of what they did, the USA managed to turn a negative thing into a positive. Strong messages of anti-terrorism, national pride and patriotism have been at the forefront in the USA ever since.
