I have a feeling that they will try to lure Gillian Wright back as Jean Slater.

Jean and Stacey were so powerful in their scenes and Lacey Turner really did work so well with Gillian Wright.

I do want Rob K to come back as Sean, but he has got some more work in the US. Fair play, he has said that he wouldn't mind returning if Roxy ever left, or if they had the right storyline lined up for Sean.


Lacey Turner never said that she wanted to crack Hollywood, in fact she is extremely shy in real life and would hate that sort of scene. The papers twisted her words of wanting to try other acting roles, plus the fact she is returning out of love for the show and her character and is not one of those Actors who think they are bigger than the soap they are in says it all really, she's lovely and sweet:).

(No doubt the money is good at EE too).

How does Lauren know?

Stacey and Ryan grow closer, spending time together, and they passionately kiss. During this time, Lauren (now Jacqueline Jossa) discovers Stacey's guilt in Archie's death and records a confession on her phone. Stacey attempts to flee to Palma, Majorca, but Ryan stops her, telling her he has feelings for her and wants to date her. They start an affair, but unbeknownst to them, Janine finds out, who poisons Ryan in revenge. Ryan is hospitalised and on his return, he convinces Janine he loves her but publicly declares his love for Stacey in The Queen Victoria. Janine walks in as they are in a passionate embrace. She concedes defeat until Lauren, who still believes Max is emotionally involved with Stacey, gives Janine the recorded confession. The next day, Janine attempts to play the recording in front of punters in The Queen Victoria, but it has been recorded over because Lauren warned Max. Janine then reveals that Stacey killed Archie but no one believes that Stacey killed Archie. Stacey leaves the pub in tears, followed by Ryan. She then has a breakdown and reveals to Ryan that what Janine says is true.

Yes and Max convinced her to keep quiet, even though she was angry about the Police thinking Bradley did it is because Bradley wanted that to happen to protect his beloved Stacey.

Only Max, Ronnie, Roxy, Lauren, Janine, Jean, Bradley and Peggy knew that Stacey killed Archie anyway,

I'm hoping Stacey will return a changed character after what she went through, but retains that gritty side and fun, flirty and temper we know she has.
