Its cliquey enough on here without that adding to it.
Not a good idea it will just alienate people. (as much as a few would love that)

No it doesnt though those posts are pointless and just get scrolled past without a flicker of recognition they are nothing but a waste of page space. Nobody takes the slightest bit of notice of those stupid text talk [2] posts.

Is there still no hope for this?

Good luck with this because, unfortunately, there's more chance of it raining beavers than this getting added.

Josy 19-10-2014 02:27 PM

There isn't any plans for a thanks button to be added in the near future, no.

T* 19-10-2014 02:29 PM

See!
If it isn't an option to add your favourites of some reality show to your profile, it wont happen

Makes no sense at all in relation to the question I was answering.

I would want either tbh.

Like/Thanks/Karma button

Can we have this feature added? It's an essential part of other forums and it would eliminate the need to post things like 'This','[2],etc.

No but seriously, i think this is actually a good idea.

Ramsay 15-11-2014 02:00 PM

^this

Crimson Dynamo 15-11-2014 02:05 PM

I say bad idea

it just leads to people trying to support their own views by fake praising others

Drew. 15-11-2014 02:33 PM

It's basically a lazier version of quoting someone to either agree with them or then give your own opinions. Threads will have a lot less posts.

Why do less posts matter?

Drew. 15-11-2014 02:43 PM

If you want threads with 2 or 3 replies in them then fair enough.

LukeB 15-11-2014 02:48 PM

I can see where Drew is coming from

Shaun 15-11-2014 02:49 PM

Threads with two or three posts are no less valid than ones with 10+ just saying ":clap1:" or "great point Niamh" tbf

Drew. 15-11-2014 02:52 PM

Well yeah when you give an example of a thread with 10+ emote replies then theres not much difference but that rarely happens anyway.
