Give a little uplift to some, like a good football result. I think the public picked the wrong winner but that's who they picked.

Jim winning Celebrity Big Brother sparking a debate about apartheid. Whatever next.

In the big scale of what was happening in South Africa a tiny amount of people lost their lives at the hands of the ANC compared to the huge number who lost their lives at the hands of white Apartheid South Africa.

Big picture!

Are you trying to justifie the killing of innocent men woman and children ?

Are you aware of what is happening in SA today ?

White men put in prison for trivial things like minor driving offences then gang raped while police look on then simply released with out charge

Necklacing is making a comeback as well

lets talk big picture shell we During 46 years of National Party apartheid rule over 18,000 people had been killed by rioters, terrorists, by the police and the army on all sides, including terrorists, civilian victims, military casualties and police. A total of 18,000 dead during 46 years of conflict. However in peacetime, under Nelson Mandela, an average of 20,000 to 25,000 people were murdered every year

do i even need to touch on the economic side

They really do! I'm loving all the sour grapes tonight! :joker:

Great result and the public weren't fooled no matter what some threw at him, well done Jim.
A very deserving winner to a really great series.

I agree. I think Dappy would have made a great winner as well. He's great.

Kizzy 29-01-2014 11:07 PM

Metaphorically yes.... anyhoo, I don't 'hate' jim, I just didn't like him or find him funny.

Livia 29-01-2014 11:11 PM

This thread. If only people poured their passions into something worthwhile instead of putting all this energy into hating someone you don't know who won a game show.

Kizzy 29-01-2014 11:14 PM

Fancy chatting about big brother on a big brother forum.....

Jordan. 29-01-2014 11:17 PM

He's clearly changed, his 4 weeks in a false enviroment where he knew the cameras were rolling proved that.

Glenn. 29-01-2014 11:17 PM

Like I say, I judge the person I see in the house. Jim was great in the house. Made me laugh a few times. You're entitled to your opinion like I'm entitled to mine.

We should just agree to disagree I think.

Jim won the CBB final and you are bringing up Bin Laden?

I think that's a bit heavy to be honest.

Anyway..

Congrats to Jim and to ALL HMs and crew who made this such a great series of CBB

Glenn. 29-01-2014 11:28 PM

Bringing up Bin Laden in comparison to Jim Davidson :laugh3::laugh3:

Josy 29-01-2014 11:29 PM

Right stop with the insults and the baiting

Mystic Mock 29-01-2014 11:34 PM

Tbf while he wasn't my first choice to win he has offered a lot to the series, and he does seem to have changed his ways a little bit since then.

mrmattybeck1 30-01-2014 01:06 AM

Better than a dull winner

You could say that about any BB HM, they will be on their best behaviour to come across as best they can to the GBP.

Semtex 30-01-2014 03:41 AM

Aw nuts, we were so close to Godwin's law.
