No proof of this at moment I agree, but no normal person of sound mind without an axe to grind with the Political elite would run head first into the Prime Minister and risk being shot/arrested/tasered/charged with attempting to assassinate the PM....etc

This person claiming he was just jogging and didn't mean to run into the PM is like people who write something insulting then following it up with this: :joker: We know what their real intent was, and they know that we know.

I don't care which party the PM represents, this should never be allowed to happen.

No person of sound mind has ever accidentally run into someone? if he had intended to run into the PM wouldn't he have actually said or done something having achieved his objective?
The sniping conspiracy theorists can say what they like, the guy had no political agenda and all the rather unnecessary rude comments about his unconventional appearance and the supposition he is a substance abuser was unwarranted.

I actually would like to start from a position of giving him the benefit of the doubt, but after watching the footage he knows exactly what he is doing for whatever reason.

This was no accident , but rather a calculated attempt to make it look like an accident.

Not sure why he thought it was a good idea to do this but it could have turned out really badly for him.

You're entitled to think whatever you like, the police will have viewed the same evidence and no doubt several other government bodies, they are satisfied but by all means form your own opinion.
