All I Want For Christmas is a mess of a song for a contestant on this show, it is chosen for anybody they want rid of on Xmas night. Who even cares about running order as well at this stage? SK went on late last week and still got the least votes.

Running order still counts, actually probably even more so when it appears to be so close like this top 4 does appear to be.

And even if you don't like the song of Mariah's, most of the people that watch the show (which will be more than just hormonal teenage girls) will connect with that song alone way more than they will Lauren's or the two guys songs.

You make it sound like Stay Another Day is some unknown track when it's one of the best Xmas songs ever, she'll do the Chvrches/Rae Morris (that she did in the live lounge this week) version and be fine.

I'm not saying that Lauren hasn't got big song choices this week, they all have, but Fleur has got the biggest followed by Ben with his Hallelujah song choice.

Mock, are you covering all bases/excuses ahead of time just in case Lauren is sent home? :laugh:

Btw as my Mother is crazy over Ben I keep hearing how he sounds when I'm in another room and his performances sound a lot better than when I'm watching him on screen, Lauren holds up quite well away from Clarity, and my Mom doesn't like the other two very much so I doubt that I'll get to test them on this.

Well she does have Story of My Life but then I can just hear all the whiny little 13 year old girls saying she "ruined" an "amazing 1D song".

It really doesn't make a difference when it gets to top 4. It's just a simple case of whoeverhas the most fans goes through.
