This is an east/west thing. Held up by many in America as it is in the east. Call it what you will but it will not change. More politics than anything else.

Disgusting thing to say, I like him too but that's just not cool

Given that black on black violence is at epidemic proportions both in America and the UK I think he really should really have feared another black person in the house.

Is epedemic the right word really?

Internal politics will always be seen in a different light to Global politics and for some, other countries attacking your own. I am sure Alexander meant only this.

No, he was talking about stores in Mississippi. It's probably like the whole LA riot thing where blacks targeted Koreans. Arabs are similar in many parts of America. They own stores and some blacks feel they watch blacks when blacks come in and aren't nice to black customers.
That's probably where he was coming from. I doubt he was talking about global politics.

You are generalising. After 9/11, A lot of Americans would share his view, i am sure.

I see where you are trying to go, but white people kill white people too.

abhorson 15-01-2015 07:34 PM

Anyway, i will save politics for the Guardian.

Alexander imo is cool.

Hi LT,

Alex didnt get Ken evicted, he was very discrete with him. TBH I do not see what the fuss was about, why Ken and Jeremy were evicted. I didnt see Ken as racist nor Jeremy as sexist. They are each part and parcel of today's culture the same as Alex is. On the other hand I see the young girls as domineering and pathetic, they are young and have a long way to go in life.

A lot white Americans probably think "I'm glad there are no blacks in this neighbourhood" when they move into a new house.

Black crime is a major burden on American society. Go to any youtube video about Trayvon Martin or Michael Brown and see how many people think justice was done.

I doubt it very much, if he is evicted this week then I am sure he will be glad, he is out of his depth in there really as there isnt enough fun. The usual ones are domineering the procedures, would love to see more of Alex but he is hardly mentioned. Last nights show was all about Perez and the one who is queen, his remarks to her and her overstated attitude, methinks she protested too much. For all that though, she didnt save Chloe from being nominated....no loyalty there.

Mind you I would rather say I hope that there arent any Perez' in there but of course he wouldnt have known that.

There is good and bad in all cultures and we do not know what each person has experienced in life. So far as we know nothing has been said in the house and this is what counts. He comes across as a caring person, a gentleman. I would think though that he can stand up for himself.

Are you kidding me? You don't think opening up a girl's robe to expose her breasts is wrong? He should be charged with sexual assault.

OFC its gonna cause him problems, he was blatantly racist towards Arabs. People dont like racist people. He should not be generalizing people with such shallow minded views. BYE BYE Alex.

LMFAO what makes you say this? So your saying ALL arabs are terrorists? HAHAHA typical comment from A UKIP supporter I need some comedy plz reply. Oh and I'd actually beg to differ, most Americans do not believe ALL Arabs are terrorists and you should not speak for readers of UK tabloids. You are one, voice, a small petty one at that.

Well I'm assuming you read the UK tabloids so you share Alex's views on Arabs? I know you support UKIP so it might be a silly question but I'd like to see first hand how shallow people like you are.
