Alicia is a nutjob ,simple as that ,and her child is not having an healthy diet, she's been fed as if she's a parrot ,don't forget her eldest child is that body obsessed she asked for a boob job for her 13th birthday !! ....Pervez dry humps things for attention,he abuses and bullies innocent people so therefore not fit to raise a child ,that my opinion and if you read on here lots of there too

I disagree with the comment about Alicia not being fit to be a mum, she has a 14 year old so she's clearly able so I think it's unfair to judge her as a parent just on a diet, the kid is likely healthy and happy.

Perez...without sounding malicious I can see where people are coming from, he's so self involved and clearly unstable. He's probably a great dad but I xan understand the worry.

Fortunately, it's not down to you to decide who is or isn't fit to raise a child based on edited highlights of a reality show where the contestants purposely act up for camera time.

I think that's a bit unfair though, I'm the same age as her and at 13 I wanted a nose job more than anything but my parents told me every day I was perfect how I am and I was beautiful. Alicia has likely done the same especially after her bad experiences.
