Prezes's explanation in the diary room and subsequently in the garden, made it very clear he was NOT joking.

If a man said it to a woman it would be deemed a threat of rape similar to those tweets to rape a person. There is a difference however of opportunity. Perez could not rape Callum, he is too strong. So threatening a woman is worse, because opportunity is pretty much guaranteed. This threat by Perez falls closer to intent to provoke violence. I'm not sure of the legal term for that.
