R.I.P

He was one of the nicest people to me on here when I was really bad and he had to deal with some trollish behaviour in 2010, I and this Forum will miss his presence very much.

The forum has changed a lot these past few years.

Yep the same here. I got on well with Ian and Kerry. I have always being a bit of an outsider and not part of the in-crowd on here (I wouldn't have it any other way) They always welcomed me for that and made me feel more at home here.
Kerry always kept me in line for my own sake and Ian was always in it for the mischief Which i liked about him there was no malice just on a wind up for his own amusement. :joker:
The forum has changed a lot.

Never got on with him at all and would always end up arguing but real life is a lot more important than what happens on a forum.. Hopefully his family/friends are ok

..I don't think there is a song I could give him that he would think more appropriate...Rest in Peace now, Ian.....

I didn't know he was quite close to Sooty, but knew Sooty was close to Mids, and when Mids passed on a couple of years back now, Ian was there with a thread to let us know, he also mentioned in the thread I believe, that he had been to visit Mids grave. I always thought he was a lovely man, who gave strong opinions, maybe a bit strong for some. I loved when he posted but always waited to see how long the inevitable ban would take. I sorely miss him from TIBBs, and was very sad to learn of his passing :(

I would love to see those who passed that we know of have their last avatars added to the opening posts, so to jolt the memory of some who may have trouble recalling who the posters were.

It still feels strange that Claymores isn't with us anymore.

Josiah. 03-08-2015 02:59 AM

Yeah, it feels so weird.

Mystic Mock 03-08-2015 05:19 AM

I hope that he made his mark in his part of the world.

Tbh I hope that we all do before we pass away, we don't want to be entities that won't be remembered for anything because we did nothing with our lives.

It's been over 2 years since he passed away isn't it?

Does anyone know how his family is getting on? I don't mean to pry.
