If it wasn't venting in the diary room, it was sobbing.

I kind of don't like talking to the fans who see no bad in their favourites, it's a waste of my time. I assume you're one of those people if you thought that Cristian wasn't even a tiny bit of a dick tonight.

I will see bad in my favourites but with Cristian he could not be described as a bad person in my opinion.

I think Cristian is very misunderstood. I think a lot of people had already built a negative opinion of Cristian purely on the way he looks. He was expected to live up to this image of being the big I am macho man full of confidence, pulling girls left right and centre and a clone of Marq when, in reality, he couldn't be less like him. To me it is obvious that Cristian is actually a very shy reserved person who suffers from a lack of self confidence and is easily intimidated probably as a result of bullying when he was younger. He means well but finds difficulty in articulating himself so gets himself tied in knots trying to explain his actions. If that can be described as a fault then there it is.

He should have probably just told Danny where to go as it was really none of his business if there was plenty of food and the other housemates were happy with the situation. It was blatantly obvious he was trying to cause an argument to trip him up and make him look bad. As it happened I dont think it did Danny any favours.

Well said...and Joel instigating a conversation with him pressing him into declaring things about his private life when it was obvious Christian didn't want to go there. I would have told Joel to **** off..but Christian doesn't like to offend because it isn't in his nature.
Christian is just a decent guy...

Exactly. He surprises me every day, he has handled the situation in there so well as he genuinely seems to want to enjoy himself. It's obvious he doesn't enjoy the conflict side of things.

Lostie! 11-06-2015 11:47 PM

I actually like Cristian nowadays, he was one of my strong least favourites earlier in the series.

I mean, I'm not backing him to win or anything right now, but he seems decent and I like him. :)

Liam- 11-06-2015 11:56 PM

I mean, he's not repulsive, so that's a good thing I suppose.

The guy was advised to take a smaller portion in the interest of fairness. He kicked up a fuss and explained his right to take more food. He isn't entitled to more food because he works out and its weird that he'd assume that he is.

I personally can not stand well-fed people who complain about hunger, it comes off selfish and inconsiderate.

I didn't "make up my mind" before I got to know him, my favourites and least favourites change almost every episode, I don't really know how people keep the same favourite throughout the series, people do things. Doesn't make sense to me. And most of Cristians fans exist because of the way he looks anyway, so that's a really poor argument.

Also I'm not buying into the insecure/misunderstood crap. He's on Big Brother with cameras on him everyday. People completely understand him and how secure with himself and his appearance he is.

I watched the same episode as you and he came off as a dickhead, he can easily redeem himself but if you felt as if he didn't come off as a dick tonight, you probably watched the show with rose-tinted glasses.

Think we will have to agree to disagree on this one then.

Because you like people complaining about a lack of food? Or did you see something else I didn't in the 60 minutes? Thats all he done today.

the_answers 12-06-2015 01:07 AM

Withano guess you haven't seen the FULL conversation.
http://bigbrother.channel5.com/day-3...-portion-sizes

Cristian took more of the pasta salad cos there was shed loads left for everyone else.

If you're saying he shouldn't take more cos he's bigger.
Or when there's loads freely available for everyone else then I disagree.

Seems what the pasta sald really came down to was those objecting to larger portions cos some wanted to "save it for later".

They're the selfish ones !

To ask what there is to like (fair question), all depends on what you want to see.

I agree with Trasadkel1's posts.
Question for me is....
Should he need to "sell himself" in order to win ?
I don't mean sticking up for himself, cos everyone should.
I mean show generally more of his talents.

I like gameplayers like Marc, Jade etc.
But think Cristian being true to himself also goes a long way.

It's not that he takes more, it was his reaction to being told to take less. He acted as if he was wasting away, as if he was being treated unfairly.. As if for a split second the sun wasn't shining out of his asshole.

Any well fed man who complains about food is a dickhead, if you disagree with this then I can see why Cristian appeals to you.

the_answers 12-06-2015 02:14 AM

I took it more about being called greedy than feeling hungry.

I doubt he would be complaining if he was well fed.

Withano 12-06-2015 02:26 AM

Well he is well fed, and by the sound of it, more so than everybody else in the house.

A guy who fits under that description and complains about food is a dickhead.

I don't understand why you're causing a fuss.

It's so cliché to say the guy who this gif applies to is misunderstood

https://popcornographyblog.files.wor...liojo1_500.gif

But with Cristian I do think it's true. You can never take back a first impression and when you see someone who looks like him and is quiet (ergo not talking to you) you assume that they're stuck up and arrogant. That's a difficult thing to shake.

duclos 12-06-2015 04:16 AM

Cristian is being such a whiny baby. You have too much food so cut back and stop whining. You're not going to turn into a stick. You'll be fine.

tanussa 12-06-2015 05:22 AM

I've loved cristian from the start. he gets as involved in fun things, conversation etc. as most of HMs with the exception of the limelight stealers. he has never done anything to embarrass himself or that wud make his fans cringe. he's a lovely natured young man & the fact that he is gorgeous is a bonus.

tanussa 12-06-2015 05:27 AM

I think cristian is thinking ahead & the HMs calling him greedy will give them an easy excuse to nominate him next time, makes him vulnerable.jacks the one thats moaning on & on abt. food.

I didn't expect him to be a macho man or a tart. I just expected more of a personality  and it wasn't just Danny that has a problem with Christian's greed.

No it was Danny's wife Joel as well, so what if he takes bigger portions, they were also saying he ate the left overs on plates, so they must all be taking big portions if there are left over, I like Cristian has some original traits as a housemate

I don't think they have - it would be HL show fodder. Marc probably knows as he seems to know a bit about Cristian prior to entering BB, but won't go there as he can see with a shy character like Cristian it's a tricky subject to broach.

He takes bigger portions without considering who else is still left to serve.

Eating leftovers isn't a big deal as a few hm's said that they didn't mind him doing it.
