they can change the rules at any time. The public voted to have the house mates evicted, which they did, however, there is no stipulation that once evicted they can never return, it is just an assumption we are making from previous series.

I just can't get excited about old house mates, they have been there, done their time, its over, in the past. Nothing is ever as good if it is revisited. Expectations will be high, and it will flop.
