That's weird... I'm quite certain I quoted arista... Yes, yes I definitely quoted arista.

Mystery solved: Livia is the Bruce Banner to arista's Hulk. One and the same! Come to think of it, I've enter seen you both in the same place at the same time...

The Cop Resigned

He has had Death Threats
and gone in hiding

Yes resignation is the soft option, he should by rights have been sacked.

Like all of these "videos" we cannot comment unless we have context etc

I'm on liquid morphine. This makes three things happen: 1) I feel no pain, 2) I get things a little muddled sometimes, and 2) I don't care.

Aw Livia, we both know that numbers 1) and 3) are just part of your nature.

You're just being kind. I think we both know all three of them are part of my nature!

I've been reading about this story for a week or so, and haven't actually watched the video before. It's definitely no where near as violent as i expected it to be. Just reading the news stories i expected him to be beating up a girl, terrorizing people, screaming racial slurs...

It's no where near as bad as the press have made it out to be.

Update on this case, looks like the Police are good at Policing themselves sometimes, you're correct LT

oh wait

"Attorney Kim T. Cole said that her client, Dajerria Becton, 16, had healed physically but that she still suffered from "social damage" because of the incident, according to a letter obtained this week through an open-records request. "

Very laughable the idea of a child having grief and trauma over being battered by a policeman, can see the need for that emoticon.

You don't think it possible a girl would be affected emotionally after being brutalised in public?

Crimson Dynamo 27-09-2016 01:55 PM

A Collin County grand jury on Thursday declined to indict a former McKinney police officer who came under fire for his role in breaking up a rowdy pool party last summer.

Eric Casebolt, was recorded on video pinning a black teenage girl to the ground and drawing his gun on two youths who rushed to help her.

“We’re glad that the system worked in his favor in this case,” said Casebolt's attorney, Tom Mills.

the courts have spoken and justice is now done. Nothing to see here.

I agree

I'm sure she's pleased that the Police Officer was fired, weird how you've changed the subject to a compensation case though, don't you want to discuss the topic similar to your own thread? I thought you were interested in Police Officers being Policed by their Peers and correct decisions being made?

I have not, you bumped the thread to inform members that the POlice Officer had not been indicted and I am agreeing with you that justice was done (and i think he resigned )

Also this case hopefully will stop hooligan teens having out of control "pool parties" that threaten the safety of neighbours
