Helen's tears are more likely hayfever or something,or maybe Aisleyne is wearing a cheap stinky perfume that she is allergic to.

Seriously,Helen would not 'really' be shedding any tears because of a failure like Aisleyne.
She likely has something or someone else on her mind.

Helen does invite controversy,she will generally in the main come out on top by right or wrong means.

So she has to take what she dishes out and again, most of time, she does just that.
