If she was telling the truth, and was as upset as she claimed - would she have gone creepy-arsing around Mark asking him if they could "make up" the same evening??? I think not! And, as for her "taking him to a normal court would cost loads of money" comment, I think I would rather pay the £60 to initiate court proceedings rather than air it all on the telly.

Marc was right, Judge Rinder is not even a Judge.
He's a barrister. I don't even think he's a QC. |

The show is based on mediation with both parties agreeing to abide by the results and any monetary award being paid by the show. It amazes me how many people don't thoroughly read a contract. |
i have no proof but just like the show jeremy vile - i no it is all premeditated for the less intelligent viewer.
can not stop - j.v is on shortly and my ex is on there explain g why she ran off with my old man and has children with my cousin and now decided to be transgender as she now feels she is a man trapped in a ladys body. |

No, he's not a QC but why would that matter? He's an excellent criminal barrister who is well known for fighting for the fairness of civil rights and who judges in a civil court for a TV channel. He's far more qualified than most civil court judges and he's admired by many QC's |
