If she was telling the truth, and was as upset as she claimed - would she have gone creepy-arsing around Mark asking him if they could "make up" the same evening??? I think not! And, as for her "taking him to a normal court would cost loads of money" comment, I think I would rather pay the £60 to initiate court proceedings rather than air it all on the telly.

Marc was right, Judge Rinder is not even a Judge.

He's a barrister. I don't even think he's a QC.

Yes. TV contracts don't have to tell you everything. Danica Thrall didn't even know the title of the show she signed up for until it aired. And how do you think programmes like "sun, sex and suspicious parents" work?

It probably said something like "if you win the case, you will get the money".. And this was Aisleyne's point. To call somebody a liar after the swear on their mothers grave because they've singed TV contracts before is disgusting. Maybe even a new low for Marc.

Marc has no idea how ITV, Judge Rinder or TV contracts work, he just assumed he did because hes signed some before. His ego let a girl get that upset because he assumed he was right. Genuinely despicable.

It wouldn't really concern the plaintiff/Aisleyne as long as she got a pay off. Her contract would of been different to the defendants contract.

The show is based on mediation with both parties agreeing to abide by the results and any monetary award being paid by the show.

It amazes me how many people don't thoroughly read a contract.

i have no proof but just like the show jeremy vile - i no it is all premeditated for the less intelligent viewer.

can not stop - j.v is on shortly and my ex is on there explain g why she ran off with my old man and has children with my cousin and now decided to be transgender as she now feels she is a man trapped in a ladys body.

No, he's not a QC but why would that matter? He's an excellent criminal barrister who is well known for fighting for the fairness of civil rights and who judges in a civil court for a TV channel. He's far more qualified than most civil court judges and he's admired by many QC's

But DO you sign a contract explaining the show to you before going on?

My ex was on like a month or so ago but I don't speak to him so can't ask :hehe:

..it's a shame that Lee isn't posting atm because she knows someone who was on it once, I recall her saying a month or so back...so she would probably know or could have asked how it all worked...
