MarkWaldorf 24-01-2007 02:40 PM

I woke up and there was snow everywhere! School was ruff in the morning, but it's all dried up now, thankfully.

Siouxsie 24-01-2007 02:48 PM

Its coming down heavy now

MarkWaldorf 24-01-2007 02:49 PM

Oooh.
I don't think it is here. =[

Siouxsie 24-01-2007 02:52 PM

i was just going to go to the shop as well

Lauren 24-01-2007 03:13 PM

Sue it keeps coming and going here. I can see Penshaw Monument from my house and it looks like it's coming down heavy over there, but doesn't seem to be moving this way much.

Siouxsie 24-01-2007 03:15 PM

I can see the monument too
wave to me lauren:xyxwave::xyxwave:
i got a good view of it as i live in a three story house

:xyxwave::xyxwave:

Mike 24-01-2007 03:16 PM

It was snowing on and off here in Kent all morning but now nothing, apparently though we are being told to expect a few centimetres going into the evening and over night.

Siouxsie 24-01-2007 03:23 PM

Siouxsie 24-01-2007 03:27 PM

Lauren can you see that silly man with his kite on the monument :laugh2:

Emilee 24-01-2007 03:29 PM

We had snow yeaterday only about an inch and a half. I dont really like snow when at school unless you get the da off, otherwise you just get attacked by snowballs.

Bells 24-01-2007 05:57 PM

Gutted!
It measly snowed yesterday, I was well pleased...but then woke up in the morning and it was all gone!

Maybe tomorrow.

MarkWaldorf 24-01-2007 05:57 PM

Haha, aww Ash.

But apparently it's gonna be heavy here tonight !

Mike 24-01-2007 05:59 PM

Yeah meant to be heavy here in Kent tonight, apparently if your planning on driving to work tomorrow then cancel because the roads are going to be covered in snow and ice.

MarkWaldorf 24-01-2007 06:02 PM

Really? That's a problem then cause I'll need the bus for school. :puzzled: A lot of people might not be working tomorrow then.

Mike 24-01-2007 06:04 PM

Well that's what my local forecast for Kent said but who knows, i'm not going to believe anything until i actually see the snow falling then we will know for sure if it's not worth even leaving the house in the morning.

MarkWaldorf 24-01-2007 06:09 PM

That's true. Shame we couldn't have decided earlier, there's not a lot of time in the morning to be fussing about, deciding wether not to go in.

sol 24-01-2007 06:09 PM

Still no sign of snow here it just turns to rain lol. I saw snow on Dartmoor though but our school isn't there, unfortuanately.

SiMoN! 24-01-2007 06:30 PM

its kind of snowing here
