*bbbzzzrrtttt* incorrect, it's a possessive plural, therefore it should read:
girls'
i.e the rights of all girls. "Girl's rights" would be the rights of one, singular girl.
Unless, of course, the sign is being ghetto and is just talking about that one transgendered girl, like; "Hey, Girl's rights matter brah!". But I don't think that's likely to be the case...
