people who say that are morons and I agree that type of drivel is often heard. men are usually brought up without fathers and are brainwashed into feminism and often poisoned against their fathers. so they disrespect their fellow men. this is all part of the feminazi indoctrination. they want to tear down masculinity, they want to revise history , disrespect and rewrite male achievements ...where too are the feminists outraged with these double standards? I thought they were about equality? theyre not theyre about getting everything for women and men can burn in hell

Don't be absurd, that attitude is certainly not one taught by women or feminists, that's an old school, one of the lads, women are pieces of meat type attitude. Do you honestly think a mother teaches her son to be like that? Mothers are more likely to want to rip that "teacher" to pieces for going near their son, I know I would if he was my son

Fair enough but short of genetically modifying the male populace that mentality is never going to change.

A hundred years, two hundred years from now there's still going to be little 14/15 year old Kyle's and Northern Monkey's that will be praying their English teacher gives them a shot at manhood. :smug:

Liam- 01-10-2015 11:34 AM

I fancied a few of my teachers at school but I wouldn't sit here today as an adult and say an underaged person seduced by their teacher was 'lucky'.

Would it be a different case if the teacher was old, fat and ugly? would it be abuse then?
Or what if it was a male teacher with an underaged male student? I'm more than certain that would be seen as abuse.

Very true. South Park did an episode that satirized the issue pretty well.

Liam- 01-10-2015 11:40 AM

Also, can we not try and label this 'lucky bastard' attitude as 'it's a man thing' because it's really not.

don't be absurd. this is exacly what feminists want, they ant everything for women and don't give a damn about males, boys or men. this is proved by the fact feminists say nothing about record male suicide across the entire western world, even worse in young men, they say nothing about the fact mens health is phenomenally underfunded across the western world, women take up 4 times as much money on health spending and over 50 times as much on female charities. feminists say and do nothing about the fact there are 5% male teachers in primary schools, that nearly 50% of kids do not have regular contact with their fathers, that 80% of men lose their homes their kids and half their livelihood in all divorces....they say nothing of the fact young boys so often have no male role models....no wonder we end up with the disgusting situation where women rape young boys and don't even go to jail for it...that women kill men and don't go to jail for it....feminism is pure male hate it is pure evil, period

No it's not, I'm a man and I don't have that attitude and I'm sure a lot of other men don't have that attitude either.

Change the record Truth. If you're genuinely concerned about this stuff then you need to look at what part men play in all of these problems, as well as just blaming women for everything. But I think you don't want to hear that and actually have an intelligent discussion about it. Come back to me if you ever do though.

You are deluded and none of what you've has any relevance (or truth, or an ounce of common sense for that matter) to the topic at hand. The whole attitude of a kid being 'lucky' if he gets with an older female teacher is a male thing, it's a laddish attitude.

That's not relevant, nobody is saying that all men think that but the attitude is something that originated with men.

Yes exactly.

It's like that phrase "Man up" that's also mostly said by other men yet people use it as an example of reverse sexism sometimes too.

Liam- 01-10-2015 11:48 AM

Oh.. when you say it like that yeah, but the term 'it's a man thing' seems to imply all men do it to me

I find that attitude a bit sick tbh

Kyle 01-10-2015 11:51 AM

Good call me sick, doesn't bother me.

Still doesn't change the fact that had that woman approached me as a 15 year old I'd be loving it no matter how wrong it obviously is and it is patently wrong.

It is an attitude that, to a point, is carried on to adults and fathers though as well. Like most fathers would be far more ok with finding out their son was having sex than their daughter, again this is a man thing, mens attitudes not womens. Me personally, having a son and a daughter, I'd have the same attitude towards both of them in regards to sex

I didn't call you sick, just that mentality

And you're not 15 anymore, of course you'd enjoy it at the time and even pat your mate on the back if you found out he'd done it, but as an adult I find it absurd to hold the view that an underaged person being seduced into an illegal relationship is 'lucky' just because it was your fantasy to screw a hot teacher, he's not lucky, he was abused.

I doubt I'd really think about what other people are doing when I'm a 15 year old getting propositioned by an older woman but fair enough I'm a bad role model as well. Keep them coming.

That's all I've been talking about in this thread. My point of view as a 15 year old. I'm 26 so my teenage years weren't that far behind me.

The fact that I'm old enough to know that all should be punished equally to the full extent of the law does not change the fact that putting myself in this persons situation I would totally have been envious of him.

I'm sorry if that makes me a bad person I really am.

Where did I say that you were a bad role model? I'm just talking about attitudes in general.

It's implied through the attitude that I hold on here that you've taken issue with that should I ever father children I would then allegedly pass onto them too.
