Grimmy hit a nerve with Anton and Anton showed his true self imo.

Bitter much? Whether people like it or not he's a DJ on one of the biggest radio stations in the UK so he's entitled to judge whatever 'stars' are next to come from this show. He knows Anton wouldn't be relevant or have a pop career after the show and he didn't lie.

Pretty sure you can. Just you don't get a payday from it

Also I quite like Nick tbh.

If xfactor is back next year though I really want it back to Simon, Louis and Sharon.

Yeah this, any job you sign a contract.. perm, temp etc and you can hand in your notice at any time can't you? you just don't get money and it looks bad on you.

It depends on the contract. I'm not sure the average contract to stock shelves in Tesco will be as iron tight as a contract to front one of the biggest shows on UK TV

I can't see any way they could force her to do it if she didn't want to though. I mean, if she was really that bothered she could claim illness or something if it came to that. Could get away with it recently too..poor girl. Can tell shes not well.

We actually don't know but I still don't think anyone is forced against their will to stick with the job when they signed the contract. However I do think she wanted to be there though but wasn't the same person as she was in her first season.

Or she could have gone sack me etc Cheryl got the sack after signing the contract. She wanted to be there otherwise they would have done something.

FFS I thought this was about cheryl as I hadnt read the first page and have seen rumours that cheryl didnt want to do the show this year

Still stands though, they cannot MAKE her work on the show as soon as she decides she doesn't want to. She would have to give up her fee though.

I have not seen this rumour  I'm quite shocked if this is true because she looks really happy this year as she looked miserable and bitchy last year.

I thought any judge could speak to the boss whatever about how they are feeling and come to a mutual agreement. That year they had guest judges so i don't think it would have been hard to find another replacement.

Tell that to the contestant who sign contracts but So!on won't release them from it.
