yeah

It would be cool.

Please don't starve yourself, just gradually decrease the amount of unhealthy foods that you eat and try to maintain a healthy balanced diet. Good luck

I don't like the word 'diet'. Diets never work. Eating less and burning more is the best way tbh. Make sure you're on a calorie deficit - burning more than you consume.

Do you have a sport that you enjoy doing Will? Because that can be really helpful.

Cal. 20-12-2015 10:34 PM

Walking the dogs is pleasant I find and if you do it for like 30 minutes a day it's healthy.

Jason. 20-12-2015 10:35 PM

Walking is a great way to burn fat

Day 2

I ate a little more today, around 200 calories more than yesterday. My tummy feels slim already and it's going well.

Food:

Macaroni cheese ready meal from Waitrose (746 Cal)
Instead of garlic of bread I had 2 wraps spread lightly with butter (350cal)

Drinks:
can of diet coke

Is that it Will? it's only afternoon, you will be starving by 9pm, your body will literally shut down to conserve fat as if you are ingesting 1,000 calories a day you are starving yourself...and you won't be able to keep that up either :nono:

You are going about this all wrong, you are eating ridiculously.

Have three or four SMALL meals spread out through the day, here's an example of something I've eaten on a day when I was watching my meals.

One weetabix with milk and a banana
Small baked potato with tuna and salad
Some wholegrain crackers with a light spread
Grilled chicken breast with lots of steamed vegetables

That is not many calories at all, probably equal to what you had today if you don't have huge portions. You can't lose weight if you are starving, your body will go into fat conservation mode. You need to eat regularly to stay sane.

You also need to exercise, you can't exercise with just a ready meal and some wraps in you for a whole day. Eat an apple after exercising if you are hungry.

Also have a small dessert after lunch on Sundays. :)

You are still young and growing, it's dangerous to starve yourself.

When I get hungry later, I'll eat something.
