Oh yeah IA. C4 were so much more smart in manipulating it for their faves in a way that it didn't ruin the format entirely like BB15/16 did. Also nulling and voiding people's nominations as punishment in order to save Charley in BB8. Things like that are smart. But C5 just take it too far.

It's actually so bad in BB15 bc they actually had Emma record Helen's fake eviction announcement.

Jason. 25-01-2016 10:15 PM

Ikr. I still can't @ Helen's secret room

Don't suggest they ever repeat the quad eviction again :nono: ESPECIALLY under vote to evict (which it would be atm). It is series ruining

Jason. 25-01-2016 10:16 PM

Perez's one was done so he wouldn't walk

4 good people leaving on Day 64>4 good people leaving on Day 18.

Babayaro. 25-01-2016 10:17 PM

I think it totally depends on the length of the series

Jason. 25-01-2016 10:18 PM

BB16 is a massive mess. BB15 felt more organised and worked more like a BB series than BB16 did. THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING

Cal. 25-01-2016 10:19 PM

BB16 was tragic bc it felt like a new series begun after an eviction on a Friday and ended again with the following Friday eviction.

I would take a BB15 over a BB16 any day.

Jason. 25-01-2016 10:20 PM

Same. At least BB15 actually felt like a BB series.

Emma saying "Join us next Friday for our seventh live eviction" on Day 25 is just wrong

Jason. 25-01-2016 10:21 PM

BB15's launch

Lmao.

And not Marc being the 10th person to be evicted in week 8.

Cal. 25-01-2016 10:22 PM

BB16's launch was far better.

It being daylight, the cars being shown on the screen, actual civilians entering the house>>>>BB15's Apprentice launch.

It should never have been a two day launch tbh with voting for the power housemate. It was unfair on the day 2 housemates not to be included and they deffo had no chance in getting that final pass. it was obvious going to to a day 1 housemate.

Macie Lightfoot 25-01-2016 10:23 PM

I get why intruders get hyped up a lot but I feel like it's often all hype? The most common pattern we see is the rest of the original housemates banding together and becoming self-righteous and trying to get the intruders out because "they don't deserve it as much" and "they haven't been here as long" and it's just nasty and boring and played out. Even in series like BB8 and BB15 where the originals ****ing HATE each other, they still grouped together to mass nominate the intruders. Hell, even in BB15 the Day 1 people were sanctimonious as **** towards the Day 2 people. It's absurd.

Jason. 25-01-2016 10:25 PM

BB16's launch was flat I thought. And it was quite dark as it was early May and it doesn't really begin to get dark late till like late-May/early June.

Like if you watch when Tamara entered, it's light outside but when Kieron entered the house in BB16, it was getting dark.

Although I did love the cars - that was a nice touch.

BB16 was the better launch by far in my opinion. Only thing wrong with it was the Day 1 eviction and the non-live house tour.

Jason. 25-01-2016 10:26 PM

Although BB15's launch would've been better had it not had a split launch.

Helen hopping on the prize faster than a knob and riding it all the way to the final. :clap1:

BB14's >>>>

Felt like an event. Emma hosting for the first time, amazing house tour, light outside <33

And the house. And the housemates. And the design/graphics. And the format. And the presenters. And BOTS. And Timebomb in general.

Liked house. Liked housemates. Graphics were okay. Format was bad. Liked presenters. Liked BOTS. Hated Timebomb.

I re-watched BB13's launch last month and it was awful. Amazing series, but the launch :skull:

No house tour, Brian Dowling, inconsistent (some housemates walked out of the eye without the chaperones, and then the last few females walked with a chaperone), the show girls, the VT's were all like 40 seconds too. I didn't like.

Cal. 25-01-2016 10:30 PM

Deana nominating someone she had only met 30 minutes previous for having evil eyes>>>>
