I feel we are attempting to pick up the (nuclear) baton America has dropped, isn't it funny how they say we're 10yrs behind America when in essence I feel Obamas vision was that his country mirrored ours in it's social policy.

I agree with you Kizzy. Its interesting how Obama had dabbled with socialism throughout his presidency. He's no Leninist but he's followed and dabbled with parts of Marxist philosophy. The worrying thing is, socialism and fascism are close cousins (meaning its easy to turn socialist policy into fascist policy) and any up and coming Conservative that chooses to ride on the back of Obamas policies, which they seem keen to do, could move this into something very different than what it presently is.
