Producers will be willing to start the show later if that's what it takes for Emma to host the show. She's the best thing about Big Brother on Channel 5 and for them to lose one of the biggest presenting names on television at the moment wouldn't be a smart move for them.
With the new building work too, it would make sense for the series to launch back in either its regular June slot or later in June like Secrets and Lies did. This gives both Emma and the building work/production time and less of a pressured deadline to get back to work. As an example however, Emma did present the first series of BOTS in 2011 heavily pregnant up until November but returned back to work on January 5th for CBB. I'm sure she'll be willing to come back for one live show a week. She's said so herself she won't be going anywhere anytime soon - she'll do it.
