I also think that Simon's probably thinking about leaving again (what with him having BGT and AGT to focus on and The Voice coming to ITV).
Cheryl would never be on the same panel as Nicole they hate each other. Yeah I think this will be both Simons and Cheryl final year on the show.

Nick was bad but for Simon to blame the ratings drop on him is a bit rich.

The format is tired
Olly was atrocious
Rita was meh
The winner is bland and nowt special
Half of the finalists were unmemorable

The 5th judge and scoring format they were going to do last year sounded great, it's a shame it was scrapped. Wasn't this Chezza's only contribution as exec? :/

The next series I would go back to the old format of 6 weeks of Saturday only audition shows, Then have the Country house bootcamp but at the end of that the final 24 are decided then so that would be dropping SCC. Judges houses I would keep the same. Live shows needs to go back to 10 I want a good mix of new themes and old ones. A mentor each week for example we have pop divas theme they could try and get one of the pop divas to come mentor the acts.

He is saying he quit which I believe, I don't think he particularly enjoyed the experience and Caroline didn't look that comfortable either. Bring back Derny
