great thread will. very tricky question as well. as some may seem lonely ie always on there own but that is the way they like it.
if they are suffering and it is making them sad - it is heart breaking and I would encourage them to take the first steps to changing it ie going to clubs that interest them - doing a hobbie they enjoy with others ie joing a club or maybe when you feel real low try understanding yourself and accecpt you have a down period and it will change and you will get through.
