So is slut shaming only unacceptable in certain situations? Because I definitely recall you doing it with Alicia last year. I'm not having a go or using it against you, just making a point that making unpleasant comments about people on reality shows is something more of us are guilty of than would care to admit.
I am myself, I'll hold my hands up to it. Not specifically using those words but I've formed negative opinions on people on BB / CBB like Charlotte Crosby for her boasts about her Geordie Shore lifestyle. If any of us is going to criticise somebody for making a judgement about somebody because of what they've seen on a reality show then we should first make sure we've never done that ourselves.
I don't think what Hughie said was right, I've never justified or defended it. But I also don't think it makes him a terrible, evil human. He's flawed for sure and said unfair things, but the same goes for most of us on here.
(By the way, I don't usually like to bring up what FMs have said in the past themselves but unfair and inappropriate comments and assumptions have been made about Hughie supporters lately about us justifying slut shaming and holding him to different standards so I feel it necessary to properly explain just why I'm not being so quick to brand him as the Antichrist just yet and why I feel it's, frankly, ridiculous for people to form a judgement on people for still liking him when he's not said anything that's too far removed from things said on here all the time anyway).
